Our garments are clearly described with their correct fabric compositions — the majority being a cotton‑polyester blend (often 65% cotton). If the dress you received felt like spandex, this may indicate that the item you purchased came from a different source or that there has been a misunderstanding. We also appreciate you acknowledging that we eventually reached a full refund, and we’d like to clarify a few points so you have the full picture.

First, regarding delivery time: your order was placed on 28th June, dispatched the very next day, and delivered on 7th July. This falls within our standard shipping timeframe, we recognize how the wait for an eagerly anticipated purchase can feel prolonged, and we genuinely appreciate your patience.

Second, about the fabric: we take quality seriously, and the majority of our pieces are made with a 65% cotton blend to ensure comfort and durability. We’re sorry that the fabric you received didn’t feel as expected – we’ve noted your comments and passed them to our product team for review.

On the returns process: we responded to your first email about the return promptly, and in our second reply we provided a UK returns address – not a Chinese one. We also offered several alternatives along the way, including a size exchange and partial refunds, before you chose a full refund. Once we received the items back at our UK warehouse, we processed your full refund quickly on 10th July. We hear you that you had to send a few emails before you felt the outcome was right, and we’re sorry for any extra effort that required.
