Overall it’s okay it’s just I wish the client service could be more efficient. The tutors are overall great, but do be careful because there ARE suspicious people out there too.

Although it iss a great platform for people who dont have much experience like me. However, i would say that this have little exposure so its a bit hard to find students here tk actually teach. But it does get better from that so its still nice.

Requiring students to buy a subscription with auto renewal is extremely disingenuous since most only require it once and are unaware that the fine print means they will continue to be charged each month. My daughter ended up being charged for 3 months without realizing and then was denied a refund despite only using the service once (oh and there is no way to contact the company outside of a form). Terrible experience.

Isnt it kind of ridiculous that you have to pay upfront just to talk to a tutor?

And on top of that, they advertise themselves as offering both in person and online lessons, but after you pay, suddenly they say they only teach online. Thats honestly pretty funny.

Whats worse is when you explain yourself and say you learn much better face to face, they just stop replying. Then you have to deal with getting your money back. first talking to paypal, then contacting someone from Superprof to request a refund. The whole thing takes 4–5 days.

Just a complete mess.

Do not give this website your credit card information. This platform relies on highly deceptive practices to trick users into signing up for a hidden, recurring monthly subscription.

When you find a tutor, the site displays their hourly rate $45/hour right next to the booking button which is $49. They do not make it clear that the booking button named "SEND A REQUEST" does not go to the tutor for a lesson and only goes to the system. Instead, it is a hidden "Student Pass" subscription fee that goes directly into the platform's pockets. I thought the extra $4 were just the total cost of the tutor's services, not the website.

I paid a fee to cover charge just for the privilege of speaking to a tutor. When messaging the tutor, they mention that you have to pay separately for their actual time. I quickly cancelled before the first class started and I tried to get a refund. They refuse to return my money claiming its a non-binding contract where I didnt even accept any terms.

If you are looking for a tutor, look elsewhere. Do not support a business model that relies on misleading consumers and hiding the true cost of their service in the fine print.

Puneet was amazing! She was very responsive and adjusted the session to work with Aura's text date. Aura felt very comfortable and supported through the session. We will def book more sessions in the future.

The student and I immediately bonded and we are having a great time working side by side on lessons.

It’s easily the most effective platform I’ve used for connecting with my target audience. 10/10 recommend for any tutor starting out or looking to expand.

Julie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the very first meeting, she made both me and my niece feel comfortable and confident.
