I wish there was a 0 star for the…
I wish there was a 0 star for the customer care. I have ordered the bike and received with few missing parts. Have tried umpteen ways to reach out but to no luck. Very frustrating experience. They listed a fake phone number which never lets you leave a message nor anyone responds. Very expensive bike with a poor customer care.

Super 73 Scam!
I hope this company goes bankrupt. Z71 ran for about a mile. They didn’t care and what’s Ridiculous is the owners and management know that my throttle was defective. I’ve been trying for four years to get this fixed. Can’t talk on the phone. Invoice they Originally send me never worked. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone even through email. And when they do respond, it’s an automated message saying we haven’t forgotten about you That’s BS! I don’t care how good their bikes look. The company isn’t worth your time I can’t believe they would Knowingly screw people over over. That’s embarrassing finally, after waiting so long, they sent me another invoice to buy a new throttle. I can’t believe this company is so cheap and can’t even replace a damn throttle.
PS. Got the throttle back. Bike still doesn’t work. If you cared you would refund my $. You sold me a LEMON. Complete BS I have a Brand New Bike that doesn’t work.

We purchased an S adventure in April…
We purchased an S adventure in April from their Irvine store. The bike was pre-assembled. After about a week of riding I noticed the whole battery assembly was loose. I did some investigating and discovered who ever assembled the bike, stripped the threads on the frame that holds the battery on. I've called and emailed several times with no response. Very disappointed! Especially after spending almost 4k on the bike.

Dear Super73,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the inadequate customer service I have received regarding my RSD X SUPER73-RX Malibu Limited Edition bike. I invested $5,000 in this bike, trusting in the exceptional quality and support that Super73 promises its customers. Regrettably, my recent experience has shattered this trust.
On a recent morning, I was involved in a severe accident where a reckless driver hit me and fled the scene, leaving me with no insurance information. As a result, I sustained significant injuries, including road rash, a fractured wrist, and a torn MCL in my knee. Despite these injuries, I am grateful that the bike's robust design likely prevented more severe harm.
This accident resulted in considerable damage to my bike, including:
• Bent front suspension
• Dented frame with a small fracture
• Bent rims
• Damaged rear light
• Damaged handlebars
• Damaged seat
• Damaged display screen
• Malfunctioning brakes
• Spinning tire when powered on
• Burning electrical smell
I rely heavily on my RSD X SUPER73-RX Malibu for daily errands and commuting to work. The bike's current condition has left me without a reliable mode of transportation, significantly impacting my daily life. Despite providing all necessary information and patiently waiting for a resolution, I have been informed that Super73 cannot offer any assistance. This response is not only disheartening but also unacceptable for a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction.
As a former police officer of 8 years, I have witnessed numerous bike accidents, and in almost every case, the companies stood behind their products and supported their customers through warranty claims. It is incredibly disappointing that Super73 cannot extend the same level of support, especially considering the financial investment and loyalty I have shown by purchasing not one but three Super73 bikes: two Adventure R Malibus for my wife and me, and one Z Series for my son.
The lack of support is not just a financial burden but also a significant inconvenience. Most customers, like myself, save diligently to purchase these bikes. It is disheartening to see a company that claims to value its customers fail to stand by its products when it truly matters.
I urge Super73 to reconsider its stance and provide the necessary support to loyal customers who believe in the brand. The way this situation is handled will significantly impact how current and potential customers view the company.

Customer service is non existent ! No one responds to any matters.
I have returned a still packed bike and nothing happens. No confirmation of receipt, refund…do not buy any of their products!

Less than a week old and the bike is dead. Customer service is very slow. How many days should you wait for a response from customer service?
I did send in a report thru the app and followed up with a phone call about how long it will take to receive a response. I see Gmail sent you the report, but don't see a reply from you and there is no way to call and follow up.... Rather catch 22 on your support...
Btw, as of today, may 10, 2024 still no response from dead bike 1 week old.... I guess you need to submit multiple tickets?? Again they don't let you call anyone....
forwarded email to new email address, lets see how long it takes, the sales guy said it could be up to 5 days before getting a response. I would definitely not buy this bike again!!!!

After the sale issues
I bought a Miami SE bike for my son. The brakes started malfunctioning within a couple of weeks. Super73 service center was closed until March. They referred me to Trails End bike shop in Irvine. Trails End told me Super73 allocates most all parts for new bike and do not have a readily supply for these issue when they arise. Also the very small display broke on my son bike. This thing costs maybe $3 to manufacture and Super73 charged me over $160 for beat up used one that they call B-Stock. Just shady business.
avoid these bikes at all cost
avoid these bikes at all cost, they are essentially like a modern cell phone, once the battery dies it is cheaper to buy a new ebike than a new battery as super73 software lock their batteries to the bike (3rd party replacements wont work).

Poorest customer service ever!
If there was a 0 it would have been more appropriate to describe my experience with super 73 customer service. I assembled the bike together, I probably used it five times, so the bike was still brand new, and it still is. Noticed the front break did not work properly, so I brought it to a bike shop specialized in super 73. The bike store told me the break was a defective from manufacture, so I reached to greedy super 73. Bike was out of warranty, and so they were not willing to cover even if it they gave me a defective piece. They tried to say it was wear and tear, the bike still is in perfect conditions. However, the customer service rep, offered 20% plus free shipping fee. That was the best, he was able to do. At this point, I had to spent $100 for something that it was my responsibility to cover. Someone pays all this money and expects to be perfect and brand new, instead, super 73 gave me a bike with a defective break, I had to pay for it! This is one greedy company!

Looks cool but easily one of the worst…
Looks cool but easily one of the worst e-bikes on the market. They throttle the speed, have had constant issues with the app, motor, brakes, and electronics. The only reason they're still in business is because the bike is well designed (but way too heavy and way too expensive for what you actually get).
Buy literally any other e-bike, trust me.

I wouldn’t recommend this bike for anyone.
It might look cool, but it has alot of annoying problems. And the worst of all, these problems takes ages to be solved. The customer support is super slow with responding, they avoid making costs on their behalf even if its their fault, you have to pay for the shipping costs and alot of other problems cannot be solved.
Its super frustrating to put so much effort to achieve anything small.
Some examples:
Broken parts needs to be replaced (they have a specific design, so you cannot just use a standard one, the colours and size won’t match)
Parts are worn out, like the brakes and the thing that a screw connects too. The quality of the metal is bad, it wears out quickly.
Also the software can cut you out of speeding up. It happend once, when the country regulators forced them to limit the speed. The bike will become useless when it happends again, its just too heavy to use it as a normal bike.
Compared to the price and quality, i will give it a 1 out of 5.
If you decided to buy it, you will need to face these problems in 6-12 months.
Poor quality, go find a different company.
The worst experience. Spent over 8K on two new e-bikes and the first ride out we had both seats come off, front tire almost come off, and the display stop working and I was 10 miles away from my truck. Took me 3 hours of pushing the bike to make it home. . I thought these bikes were solid but we have found otherwise. Super disappointed in super 73.
A 4000 Euro E bike without any service…
A 4000 Euro E bike without any service or replacement parts. Feels like most possible super73 dealer in Germany are refusing to service the bikes anymore.
Great Bike, but no Service possible in Germany!
Bike (ZX) works cool, but needs some Inspection due to the bike Leasing warranty.
Meanwhile this is not possible - there are no Service Centers in Germany any more! Former dealers all refuse Super73! so - No more Warranty for the time of the bike Leasing, buy at your own Risk!!

I will give this Information to businessbike.de that S73 can not give any Service in Germany. Hope they also quit Bike Leasing Contracts without possibillitiy of Service

I have a Super73 RX and a ZG
I have a Super73 RX and a ZG. Both bikes were bought online as there are no stockists in Scotland. The RX arrived first. After 16 miles of riding the right side pedal broke. Super73 quoted 16 weeks to send a replacement part under warranty. I bought 3rd party pedals because that kind of warranty is just awful service. After 100 miles of riding the bike it had a catastrophic electrical failure which immobilised the bike. Super73 told me that they had no spare parts in which to resolve the issue so the bike went back and so I waited just short of 3 months for a replacement. Super73 arranged the confirmed delivery date (so that I could take delivery but it didn’t turn up) and when I called the store they told me they can’t speak with their couriers. It turned up the next day without notice with a faulty charger and it took Super73 a further 8 weeks to send a replacement. The brake strap snapped shortly after and Super73 refused to replace it under warranty citing their terms and conditions which bar you from fitting any 3rd party components such as lights, seats, tires etc. Their customer service is abysmal. They ignore the actual content of emails and appear to believe a cool and hip ‘dude’ approach will placate customers who have spent over £4000 for a bike shaped paperweight. After reading the RX manual it states that the bike should not be ridden in the rain. Come on!!!!!
The ZG was purchased for my partner. She is not a regular bike rider but her first reaction was although the bike looks cool, it’s build quality is very poor and it’s components are sub standard given the cost of the bike. I agree. The forks are cheap. The brakes are probably the cheapest chinesium brakes that money can buy.
All in all, Super73 use clever marketing, social media and advertising to fool customers into believing they are buying into a quality custom bike lifestyle but in reality, they are selling cheap, poorly made bikes that suffer terribly from poor product control and awful after sale support. .
Company has gotten greedy
Bike is cool but company has gotten greedy. I patiently waited 6 months for my first bike to arrive which got stolen here in Venice, CA. I bought another one for my vacation house. They told me they would give me a 10% discount to replace the one that got stolen ... that was four months ago. Now they say they won't honor it. As they have gotten bigger and more successful they have gotten greedier. It's sad to see a company not do the right thing.
Disappointing
Although the bike looks great, I wouldn't buy a Super73 again. First of all, it took a very long time before the bike was delivered. We bought 2 bikes and upon delivery it turned out that the frame of 1 of the bikes was torn. After a lot of hassle with the dealer, we got a new frame sent, which still had paint damage. There were also suddenly other stickers on it. Then we had problems with the other bike, the spokes snapped. The wheels have been sent and after return we have mounted them again. Unfortunately as soon as we started cycling the spokes broke again... Finally had the wheels re-spoked (at the dealer's expense) and now it's good. Now bike 1 starts to show problems again... the battery light stays on, even after turning it off. So this complaint is now pending again, until further notice. We are fed up, never a Super73 again for us.
