Terrible shipping experience and lack of support. This order is under Luz Maria Kiapa (Tracking 25593081). I have been waiting outside for my bike for two days in a row and nobody shows up. Ariel Rider chooses poor logistics partners and doesn't take responsibility for their customers' time. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and the wasted time."
The bike only lasted me seven months
The bike only lasted me seven months. At this point, it has completely fallen apart. I’m now dealing with customer service issues, and they have not been cooperative in letting me purchase replacement parts. Their expectations for verifying my purchase are unrealistic, and the process is ridiculously exhausting and honestly not worth the hassle.
Although they are fairly responsive through email, don’t even try to call them—they’re not helpful. It often feels like they come up with excuses just to get around actually helping you fix the issue.
I liked the bike while it lasted, but it’s not worth it when the company behind the product isn’t helpful or willing to stand behind what they sell.
Update: they have advised me “ we cannot support and sell parts for that bike due to liability concerns. It was also advised that making this bike functional and safe again would likely cost more than a new bike would at this point.”
Which I’m not mad about that response at least they finally after 20 extensive emails back and forth decided to take a look at my problem!

Ariel Kepler is nothing but problems. 25 miles and has been broken down twice.
Never ever ever buy from this company
Never ever ever buy from this company. If I wasn't a brook college student when I purchased their bicycle I would have filed a lawsuit and consumer protections act forms and the Better Business Bureau reports. They scammed me. They lied to me. They gaslit me. This is not a company you want to deal with at all. Even if their stuff goes on sale you're going to receive something damaged and broken and you're not going to be able to find a replacement for it because everything's proprietary. I had Engineers pull apart my bike to identify the broken issue and the only part number that they could find is only made in Russia!
So if that tells you anything else about this company, don't shop with them their criminals and Crooks.
I will consistently pretty much for the rest of my life rip into them every opportunity I get. I have a blasted them on Twitter Instagram Facebook and Google and I will continue to do so until they're out of business or ship me the items that I need that failed under warranty.

This company is a complete ripoff. I was shipped a bike with a dead battery that they refuse to resolve. I would NEVER advise anyone to do business with these criminals

The phone number listed on the website is just a gimmick, they never answer it. They really do not support their customers and are very defensive and self serving. I would avoid at all costs. Their "customer service" is disingenuous and self serving.
this company blows wind
this company blows I must tell you I do not like Ariel Ryder as a bussiness. if I had done my due diligence I would not have done business with them. I am extremely disappointed with my interactions with aerial Rider after the point of sale. they tell me my bike is not under warranty because I did not tell them that I bought it they know I bought it. it doesn't really matter the warranty is so skewed in their favor it might as well not be a warranty. I looked up the owner of the business and it does not surprise me that this is the way it has gone.
Customer support A JOKE!!
I purchased the Kepler 52 V fat tire. The company claims 30 to 50 miles per charge. This bike is my main form of work transportation. It dies after 20 miles. The company has done nothing for one month. They promised me a “battery kit“ Customer service for this company is a complete joke. There is a 14 day return policy for the bicycle. It is not humanly possible to repackage the bike and return it. Go to a local bike shop and buy your bike there. The aerial rider is built in China. If you get a lemon like I did you are completely out of luck.

This company does not stand behind its warranty. I sent a warranty card in. They have a copy of my invoice that shows when i bought my bike. My control went on my ariel
x class. And they would not send me out a new one. Do not buy from this company. They don't stand behind their warranty in my opinion.

I perched the x v52 almost 2 years ago and the first week I emailed the company because dos not charge ether the battery is bad or the charger but no respond till this moment don’t recommend look like they bunch of thiefs
My $3200 Grizzly Ebike Is A Useless Paperweight
I purchased the Grizzly 52 volt dual motor ebike
This ebike cost well over $3,000 and I started having problems with it almost immediately. I barely used the ebike because of all the problems I have experienced. I wish I could upload pictures and videos here because anyone considering purchasing an ebike from this company should see them first. I NEVER rode the e-bike off-road and the few times that I used it was on a smooth asphalt road.
The first problem I experienced is a loud grinding sound and vibration that sounds like it's coming from the motor in the front wheel. Having 2 motors is one of the biggest reasons why I bought this ebike but now I can't even use it.
The 2nd problem I experienced was a tire that went flat for no reason. After bringing it to a local ebike shop at my own expense, I found out that there was an extra inner tube folded up in the tire that was causing the tire to leak. I couldn't believe my eyes when they showed me what they found. Even though I wrote the company, they would not reimburse me the money I had to pay to get the problem fixed. A problem that is CLEARLY their fault.
The 3rd problem that I had is one of the screw holes that holds the front tire on, is stripped. Even though the ebike has almost no use on it and I carefully installed the screw, it still ended up getting stripped somehow. Now I have to pay again to have the hole re-threaded or I risk the front wheel falling off while I ride it. (assuming I can even find someone to re-thread the hole in the first place) Their solution was to charge me over $300 to send out all brand new front forks. When I agreed and paid the money, they sent me new front forks that were all scratched and beat up. I would like to say that I couldn't believe it, but by now I can believe anything from this company.
I intend to post a review anywhere that I can upload all of the pictures and video proof that I have so hopefully anyone considering buying an ebike from this company can see what I received for over $3,000!
I would strongly recommend that anyone who wants to purchase an ebike, buys one from a local shop in your community. I have since purchased one for under $1,000 from a local shop and it has been 100% trouble free. Even if I have a problem I know that there is someone local to help me get it fixed and will accept responsibility for a product that is poorly made.
And if you have a problem with your new ebike from Aerial Rider, you won't be able to speak with anyone on the phone. You will have to communicate everything through a support ticket. Sometimes depending upon the problem(s) you are having, that is not easy to do.

Takes forever to get anything…
Takes forever to get anything done/fixed. They are nice in emails, but nice isn’t good enough when you’ve waited months for a part for your bike so that you can actually enjoy riding it. I feel like if they don’t improve, they should just shut down. Too bad because I like my grizzly.
Cheap parts
I recently encountered an issue with a defective headlight on my bike, and regrettably, the experience of trying to replace it has left me quite dissatisfied. While I understand that defects can occasionally occur, the way this situation was handled has been less than ideal.
The problem initially arose when I noticed that the headlight on my bike was not functioning correctly from the start. It was never on after installing it, which significantly compromised my safety during nighttime rides. Given the importance of a functioning headlight for safety, I decided to contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly.
My first disappointment came when I contacted customer service. Although they were polite, they were rather slow to respond to my inquiry, causing an unnecessary delay in addressing the problem. Once I finally received a response, the manufacturer requested several pieces of documentation, including the original purchase receipt, serial number, and even a video showcasing the defective headlight.
After providing all the requested information, I expected a swift resolution to my issue. However, it took weeks of back-and-forth communication before they finally acknowledged the defective headlight. At this point, they agreed to replace the part, but it came with a catch. I was informed that I would have to pay for it again and cover the shipping costs for the replacement, which was frustrating, considering the defect was clearly the result of a manufacturing issue.
While I appreciate that the manufacturer willingness to replaced the defective headlight, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. A defective safety component should be addressed promptly and without additional financial burden on the customer, especially when it's clear that the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect. This ordeal has made me question the quality of the company's products and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The bike is advertised at a 75 mile range. The instruction manual describes a situation where one is able to achieve 40 mile range in perfect riding conditions. Nowhere in the manual does a 70 mile range scenario occur. One would need a grade of 70 miles to achieve the amount of miles on a single charge.

They've cut me deals on parts, and they reply to their emails within 24 hours on work days. The bikes are among the best deals around.

staff is untrained and dangerously incompetent, my first bike came with three issues, they misdiagnosed and sent me a part, that when installed blew up less than 20 minutes into ride between my legs with no warning. I tried to get refund but it was like pulling teeth, we agreed they would assemble test ride and tune up another bike they would drive down themselves. That bike also came badly damaged and non working, was dropped off late at night way past when he was suppose to get here and he wouldn't wait for me to test drive. now they are refusing to fix. for a thousand dollars, I could have bought local from reputable dealer, and every day I wake up and see the oversized paper weight that is my garbage ariel rider ebike I kick myself for not. Ariel ebikes is a scam with exactly zero customer service, Please help yourselfs out and DONT BUY
WASTE OF MONEY ZERO WARRANTY
Bike broke down after 3 Months+-!
They said I needed $100 part to fix it so I did that bike still doesn't work and they got another $100 for a $20 cable. No warranty coverage at all.
My $600 E Bike was MORE DEPENDABLE and this experience is painful literally. I donated my last bike to a friend I did not think this bike was going to break down like this with zero warranty coverage on a brand new bike is ridiculous.
Horrendous Costumer Service and Defective Products
I recently purchased the Ariel Rider Grizzly - 52 Volt Dual Motor Ebike and have had the worst customer experience. The bike has had multiple defects and this company refuses to replace or refund it and has been incredibly unresponsive. When I first purchased it in August, it had a leaky brake line, so I reached out to them and it took multiple conversations over several weeks to get them to replace the parts. After I finally received the parts and replaced them myself, the computer system completely failed and will not turn on, so it no longer functions as an ebike. Since this happened over a week ago, I've had multiple back and forths with them regarding the issue with no solution to this now fully non functioning bike. And when I asked to be connected to a supervisor or manager, they claimed "supervisors are hard to get a hold of," and then completely stopped responding to me after that. So I now have an ebike that does not turn on or work and they refuse to respond to me or provide any sort of replacement or refund. Hoping someone will reach out to me ASAP to rectify this. Considering this was a nearly $4,000 purchase, I'd like a replacement ebike at no charge and with no fees, or a full refund
