Aventon customer service is amazing!! The bike barely gives me problems and when i have a problem that comes up they’re so helpful and accommodating!!

The Pace 4 is a great product. Integration of all the various components and technologies is stellar. I rode 26 miles on the tobacco heritage trail in eco mode last week and 27 miles on the capital trail in sport mode yesterday. I wasn’t sure if I would like the handlebars, but after trying - they are very comfortable. The Pace 4 is exactly what I was looking for and exceeds my every expectation. I’m really pleased with it. Thanks offering it.

We bought the Pace 4 that came with the fenders and rack at no extra charge. They were shipped very quickly. Assembly was not a problem. We were also pleasantly surprised to have the swept back handlebars come with the bikes as that was the style we really wanted because if we have too much forward lean our hands go tingly. So far, the quality of the bikes seems fantastic. We now bike most evenings after supper and are thoroughly enjoying biking again!

Aventon Support is second to none! Super helpful, attentive, responsive. So glad I went with Aventon!

1) I bought two mirrors after not reading the fine print. They do not fit.
2) I purchased a water-bottle holder; the bottom of the two screws won't go back in -- the threads are stripped on the bike.

Bike was delivered 23 hours after ordering it. It was impeccably packed and functions as advertized.

Got the Level 4 ADV. The bike is surprisingly easy to ride even in manual mode. This gives me the work out that I needed but able to use the power mode if needed to climb. Easy to put together and overall very happy with the purchase.

Aventon customer support responded quickly and shipped my broken part out immediately with instructions on how to return the broken part.

My buying experience at Aventon was excellent, they shipped my item quickly and it arrived in good condition.

The bike was exactly as described and I enjoyed assembling it. It rides wonderfully and has plenty of power. The app is very usable.

I had a warranty issue with a battery and Aventon replaced it promptly and at no cost. My interaction with customer service was very good!

The puchase experience was good and the assembly of the bike was explained well. The packaging was great and the bike arrived in perfect condition.

The level 4E bike was everything I was hoping for in a commuter bike. The auto setting is great for the most part. Sometimes I have to still switch gears, but no biggie. As for the customer service, I have not had to use it much, but I can tell you the bike came within three days of ordering it, which was amazing in itself. Looking forward to many miles on this beautiful bike.

Battery charger died, replaced under warranty quickly no questions asked. And done quickly.

I wish I was able to speak with a live person to see if I could order just the rear fender. I had to purchase both front and back.

Had a part malfunction on my bike and was sent a replacement within the hour! Couldn't recommend Aventon enough.
