Quick delivery, good product

Great little drinks fridge. Delivery was quick and efficient. Thanks to a very good company.

Ordered two drinks fridges and one arrived badly damaged (most likely damaged in transit rather than at source). Halfway through returning one and getting replacement. May upgrade to 5 stars if all goes smoothly. Customer services form filling has been an efficient process with quick response time.

It was delivered well packed then when unpacked it was a well made product ,shame it could not be frost free but for the price ...very good ! I never heard about this product before I certainly will give its the necessary clearance it deserves in future .

Really impressed, I did my research as my previous Beer fridge lasted 22 years!! First impressions are very Positive. Plenty of Room after shuffling the shelves to suit. Initially had it set ( after 24 hrs at #5 ) to #4 but even that seemed high so I've got it at 3.5 and that's well cold enough. The Internal LED Lights is a nice bonus so all in all at the moment I'm very pleased.It is slightly noisy but its kept out of the way anyway so what!

Great quality and service

What a blooming fabby little fridge!! 15l mini fridge. Sleek, very very quiet and keeps everything so cool. I’d have bought this years ago if I’d know how good and unassuming it was. When my guests come now (I only live in a three bed terrace) they have their very own little mini bar!! And when we don’t have guests- it’s so light and portable - we pop it in our room for cold drinks on hot nights!!!

Placing the order was straightforward.
Delivery was prompt. Item was well packaged.
Nothing negative to state.
Will not hesitate to recommend Subcold and would use them again….👍🏿

Not particularly happy with the item. It is not silent running, which it’s important to know if you’re intending to use it in a bedroom, and the plug gets worryingly hot. Apparently it confirms to all standards, but I’m not happy with having to keep this inferior product now, or be out of pocket having to send it back.

Very helpful customer service (CS) - the first fridge was faulty but CS immediately arranged for a replacement. DPD unfortunately let them down on the arranged pick up time but this was quickly resolved by CS and we now have the replacement which we are very happy with - thanks

Delivery was fast. Great little fridge. Use it to put my face products in. And maybe cans of pop. Keeps face products nice and cold,it's what you need in the hot weather. Very happy with the fridge.

Ordered a SubCold small fridge 85L for a home bar after 2 returned orders for a COMFEE home bar fridge from Amazon, which both turned up severely damaged.

SubCold was delivered quickly and on the date they quoted, well packed and in perfect condition, looks smart and works as described, pretty quiet and works well, temperature easy to alter and control.

Can't fault them and would recommend them.

The Vino12 was advertised with a temperature range of 5°C–18°C, but I was disappointed to discover that temperatures above ambient room temperature cannot be achieved. I could not find this limitation clearly stated in the product description for a customer to make a more informed decision. I also found that the unit did not reach the lowest advertised temperature. My biggest frustration was the customer service response, which repeatedly explained how wine coolers work rather than addressing my concern about the product description being misleading . I ultimately returned the item at my own expense.

Excellent prompt delivery of sub cold tall fridge. Really pleased with it. Delivery guys very good and helpful too with prompt and informed delivery times. Would recommend.
