J’ai acheté la G30 pour un van amenagé et j’ai
Construit le meuble selon les dimensions de la glacière mais la livraison n’est jamais arrivé et ils ont juste annulé la commande !! Je dois soit trouver une autre glacière qui rentre dans le meuble !
Una de las mejores compra que he realizado en mucho tiempo y digo porque:
1.- la web para comprar la nevera, ha sido muy fácil e intuitiva en todos los pasos.
2.- Múltiples métodos de pago.
3. La calidad de construcción de la nevera es brutal y alcanza una Tº como un frigorífico de casa.
4. Por ultimo ....el envió supe rápido y totalmente informado por ellos.
Así que en la recomiendo sin dudar esta web y sus productos.
Customer service no response to chat or email worst I have ever experienced
Cr50x 2 months old and no end of issues with the temp settings just won’t work, contacted support and they wouldn’t help, do not buy this crap! It’s completely rubbish from a manufacturer comms to the device.
But a better brand and save the headache
Yes, the reviews are correct. Expect virtually zero response from Alpicool if anything goes wrong with your cool box. They have NO TELEPHONE NUMBER, it's email only. I received one hopeless reply when our new coolbox failed, then NOTHING....
AVOID AT ALL COST
I tried to buy a fridge from Alpicool. I was directed to use Paypal. Paypal is regularly hacked/scammed. I do not consider it a safe processing mechanism.
Alpicool said I had to register for a Paypal account to buy its products.
Guess what !!!! I did not buy.
If you are concerned about money security, avoid Alpicool.
Why do they have an email like 'support.at.alpicool.com ?

Bought 9l fridge/freezer from Amazon like many others. Used 1 day and stopped working. Absolutely no response from customer service regarding their so called warranty. Avoid this brand as they are unreliable and the warranty is useless.
Shocking company. I bought the 90l fridge and emailed support asking questions because I have issues with a brand new fridge freezer. They would not provide support because I didn’t buy from their official website.
Joke of a company, avoid at all costs
I purchased a 50l Alpicool camping fridge from Amazon. Unfortunately it arrived with a damaged lid. I tried contacting Alpicool to resolve this as I just wanted a replacement lid. I was unable to get a reply, I ended up having to return it which was made seamless by Amazon. The fridge was Excellent, however I decided to order one from Subcold which is a British company and has good reviews on here. So far so good
Great to see Alpicool feedback, it proves there a load of unreliable crap. How are companys like this allowed to trade. But then again we live in the UK were the people who rule over us dont give a shit about us.
A month ago I purchased the QX30 car refrigerator. The refrigerator has failed no longer cooling. I reached out to them with absolutely no help. They do not stand behind there products or there warranty.
Bought a cooler through them on amazon and it's never worked, amazon tell me to contact alpicool support but they just don't responded so can't honour warranties
Terrible, paid £300 for a fridge freezer 3 years ago, hardly been used and it broke down on a recent trip. Usb socket still works and lights inside the fridge work but control panel is blank and it doesn't cool down. Alpicool contacted for help but no response received, no spare parts available, don't waste your money on this brand and be mindful that some companies rebrand Alpicool as their own make.
Alpicool should not be allowed to sell in the UK if they don't supply parts and support
Had my c20 for 2 or three years, but you can’t by spare parts for these coolers in the uk! My control panel has gone and I can’t get one!
I ordered an Alpicool 53 quart refrigerator/freezer based on a recommendation from a fellow RVer and reading some reviews.
Very disappointed in Alpicool as a company. I have sent multiple question multiple times and have yet to receive a response.
So I ordered from amazon instead. Not much better except I do get a call. The refrigerator cools and freezes as claimed. Was very pleased with that aspect but I realized that the lid did not seal properly and ice was already building up near the leak area. Not promising at one day.
I contacted Amazon hoping to be able to get a replacement lid. They could not reach the company and the only recourse is to return the unit. I will try something else. Hopefully a little more customer friendly.
The C15 fridge was great initially but now the lid has warped and it’s not as efficient using way too much battery. No response from several attempts to contact Alpicool. Your warranty does not seem to exist with their products!
I’m extremely pleased with my new Alpicool C50 fridge having just taken it on a trip in a newly outfitted camper van. It’s a very basic fridge but it fits the rear seat well of a Dodge Caravan length-wise, is well insulated, typically draws well under 50 Watts (and that’s only when it is actually cooling) and is remarkably quiet. I came very close to buying a Dometic at nearly twice the price - mostly for quietness - and am glad I didn’t. It isn’t fancy but it works great. My only quibble is that Alpicool’s online store will not ship to Canada and Canadian retailers demand a rather steep premium.
