Hello, I have placed order yesterday after 3-4 hours, I want to cancel my order so I can purchase another one, they are not cancelling order and not timely response me. I have sent so many emails and WhatsApp msg , also send msg on Instagram but they are saying your order is processed but it is not pickup yet. Still I feel like trap and waste money. Please don’t purchase from this site, they are fraud

There should be an option to give them minus rating.. the quality is very bad and they do not have an option to go for refund as well. Got the delivery after a month and the product quality is pathetic.do not have an option to connect as well as they do not respond on email as well

The return/exchange policy is very bad. The return window is very short.If you go for it then you are offered hardly any options with very selective sizes. You are forced to wear something that you dislike. This was the first and last time order from us and will stick to flipcart/Myntra/tatacliq in future.

This is the 3rd time I am buying from style jaipur. My first purchase was good...Second purchase was also ok...but the Dupattas are very low quality..Third purchase was horrible...Material was very poor quality...stiching is very bad ..Style jaipur return policy is so pathetic...its not at all customer friendly..there is no refund policy..only exchange.For exchange customer should bear the courier charge also...Already their items are overpriced...on top of that we have to bear the courier charge also for the return/exchange..Waste of money

The quality is really so cheap and instead of Dupatta received a road side scarf. Never expected from Style Jaipur. Never again going to order from this company. Im awaiting their response to pick up the stuff. If not , unfortunately then the service is also bad.

I purchased 6 sets in large size and wanted to exchange for xl. They said we will exchange only if you have an unboxing video. The quality of cloth is like roadside clothes, yet I wanted an exchange so dresses could at least be worn at home. This company is a scam!!! A fraud alert needs to be put against their name and consumers warned.

Worst quality ever got online. Rs1600 dress looks like hardly 500.
I m so much disappointed to be scam like this. First cord set I thought cheap quality and I exchanged they charged handling charge rs100 . No other platform charge like this. Exchanged product even worst . They dont do return. I recommend never buy from them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Style Jaipur. I placed an order for two suits. Immediately after placing the order, I realized I had selected the wrong size for one item and contacted their team right away, but they refused to help, saying it had already been shipped.

On delivery, not only was the size incorrect (despite my prompt request), but one of the suits was completely different from what I had ordered. This clearly indicates poor quality control and lack of accountability.

Their support team refused to assist further, citing a strict 72-hour exchange policy, even though this situation involves incorrect product delivery from their end.

I have now been forced to initiate a consumer complaint. I would strongly advise others to be cautious while ordering, as customer support and post-purchase service are extremely disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. The customer support team does not seem to read emails properly and keeps sending the same template responses without addressing the actual concern.

It has been over a week since I placed my order, and the status is still showing as “Preparing.” If the product is not available, it should not be displayed as available on the website.

This lack of transparency and delayed response is extremely frustrating for customers. I hope the company improves its customer service and provides accurate updates regarding orders.

Very disappointed with the suits I received. The quality of the material is quite low, and the stitching is poor. In one of the suits, the sleeves are uneven — one sleeve is shorter than the other. Really sad to have ordered from here.

Send wrong product and only exchange option.when exchange time products are more money and extra srvice charge. Poor Communication.

Do not buy anything from them. They showed thread work dupatta on their website and sent me a low quality printed faded dupatta, not even close. When I tried contacting them, they are not ready to help at all.

Poor service, poor quality product and no customer support.

This has been a terrible and frustrating experience. The company has taken my money and failed to deliver my exchange kurti, even after I returned the original product and it was successfully delivered back to them.

The replacement order was placed long ago, but there has been no delivery and no clear update. There is no proper way to communicate with this company. Emails are responded to only by what appears to be an AI or chatbot, which sends generic, copy-paste replies and does not resolve anything. There is no customer support number, no direct contact, and no accountability.

Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no human response, no courtesy call, and no solution. This feels like a complete breach of trust. Taking money, accepting returned items, and then neither delivering the replacement nor proactively refunding the amount is unacceptable and misleading.

I would strongly warn others to be cautious before ordering. If something goes wrong, there seems to be no real customer support, and you may end up losing both your product and your money. This experience feels nothing short of fraudulent.

Poor quality of material and communication is too much of a mechanical response, no personal touch, I would avoid even logging in to their website

One of those "scam you for money" companies. I paid for three garments but was only sent two, with their chat bot reminding me that I can still have a third garment if i pay for it (again!)

Definitely won't recommend to any one, in fact I would like to warn people to never use this company

Ordered off white embroidered cotton flex suit set with cotton silk dupatta. We ordered it in size XL. Upon recieving it was a little tighter than expected. We wanted to exchange it for a bigger size of the same product. Upon trying to exchange, there was a pop up saying that it cannot be exchanged. Despite it being the same product but just a different size.
Mailed them as well for support, but all of it proved useless. No help whatsoever from the team. Now the exchange window is over and I'm stuck with a kurta that's too tight to be comfortably worn and no space to loosen. Disappointing experience. Do not buy from there. Instead look for other legitimate websites that actually provide decent customer experience and support. If I had an option I would rate it no stars
Also, you have to pay for the exchange. Straight up desperate move
