I don't like to give even 1 star. No customer service, bad-quality product, material, and very bad tailoring. Chapter material and on requesting return or exchange, no reply. I have send multiple emails but no reply! How could anyone do this irresponsibly?
Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a suit but received a completely different product. There is no proper exchange or return support available, and the customer care number provided is not working. I have not received any proper response or resolution from their side.
I also noticed that there appear to be multiple similar websites operating under the name “thejaipurkurti,” which is very concerning. This raises serious questions about reliability and transparency.
Based on my experience, they do not even deserve a 1-star rating. Buyers should be extremely cautious before placing any order, as there seems to be no dependable customer support once payment is made.

I wanted to return the urticaria as it was a smaller size but no onecame to pick up.
