I want to give negative star instead of…

I want to give negative star instead of one but there is no option. These people are cheater they have collected 2 products towards the return order & issues refund only for one. I am highly disappointed with the services & reply from their customer care services. While the other companies like Amazon/ Flipcart processes refund towards return order within a day OR two this company has taken almost 8 days to refund the money that too after rigorous follow up from my end. Also the refund was not for complete amount as they collected two products from my house but refunded only for one product. Also the refund is not given to my bank account but they have given store credit which is not useful for me as I am not going to shop with them again. I need my money back towards both products in my bank account.

Thanks for your reply. FYI I had raised return request for 2 products but not sure how its showing only for one in your system. Also why your person collected 2 products if he was supposed to collect only one ?
I have the evidence and I will present it to consumer forum as you are not returning my money.

We understand your concern, however we would like to clarify the situation from our end.

At the time of raising the return request, request raised for only one product and same is scheduled for pickup. Our team had clearly communicated that only one product should be handed over to the pickup executive. Despite this, two products were handed over.

As per our records, we have received only one product in the return shipment. Since there is no supporting proof (such as pickup receipt or video evidence) confirming that two products were handed over, we are unable to process a refund for the additional item.

Additionally, during the return request, the refund method selected was store credit, and accordingly, the refund has been processed in the same mode.

We request your understanding in this matter. If you have any valid proof of handing over both products, please share it with us so we can further investigate and assist you.

Bad quality, no refund and no stock

The quality of their products is not good… the colour fades in just 1-2 washes… Their website’s main page is misleading that they provide easy returns. Upon returning they will deduct the shipping cost and even after deducting that they don’t provide refund of the amount… they will provide voucher which is to be used to again purchasa their products and almost all the stock on their website remains out of stock … never shopping from them and recommend everyone else also not to shop from them

Awful print quality of the products .. very cheap and defective . .. the colours are all patchy in a new garment .. imagine what would happen after the first wash and im Being told that I am imagining the defective colours. I returned it once..what they sent back was a little better than the first but still defective and patchy . Now they refuse to acknowledge that there is a printing defect and have blocked me from the facebook page just coz i put my review up to caution others

Please buy their products at your own peril. Absolutely not worth the money at all. Its like what you find on a road side stall carrying sub standard producrs

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had with Me&My (memy.co.in).

I received a hamper in defective/incorrect condition and reported the issue within 5 minutes of delivery, immediately after opening the parcel. I shared clear photographs of the sealed outer packaging and parcel tape, which showed that the parcel was received intact and unopened.

Despite this, Me&My refused to resolve the issue and instead kept demanding:

A parcel opening video

CCTV footage or proof of acceptance from the courier

These requirements were never mentioned as mandatory at the time of purchase or delivery. Expecting customers to have CCTV footage is completely unreasonable and unrealistic.

Even after clearly informing them that I do not have CCTV at my residence and that the issue was reported immediately, they continued to delay and avoid responsibility. This appears to be a deliberate tactic to deny genuine complaints rather than help customers.

A professional and ethical seller focuses on customer satisfaction and resolution, not on creating excuses to escape accountability. Unfortunately, Me&My (memy.co.in) failed badly in this regard.

⚠️ Strong warning to future buyers: If something goes wrong with your order, do not expect fair support or resolution from this seller.

Very disappointing, unprofessional, and frustrating experience.

We would like to clarify that the requested proof (such as an unboxing or opening video) is mandated by all courier partners, as they are the authority that processes and approves shipment-related claims. This requirement is not set by us.

In this case, the required proof was not provided. From our end, we have shared the complete packing and dispatch video, which clearly shows that all items were correctly packed before shipment. Images of outer packaging provided by customer alone are unfortunately not sufficient to verify the issue.

We also advise customers to not accept any parcel that appears tampered with at the time of delivery.

For transparency, we have already raised a dispute with the courier on the basis of the images provided, however, such images do not guarantee a successful claim, as they do not conclusively verify the parcel contents at the time of opening.

We follow these procedures to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers and appreciate your understanding of the limitations involved.

Worst experience with exchange/return

Worst experience with exchange/return. I had ordered 3 coord sets with same size, they delivered to my address. in that one set size is small. requested for exchange they took money for return now the are there is not service provider to my location. Without service provider how product was delivered in first place. I had never faced such experience in any of the platforms where I had shopped. After paying return amount they are suggesting me to waste my money again to do courier from my end I don’t understand whether it is written in the portal

In this case, after verification, it was found that reverse pickup is not supported at your location by any of our partnered courier services. Accordingly, as per our policy, customers in such locations are requested to self-ship the product, with further assistance provided by our support team.

We would also like to confirm that the return charge collected was already refunded.

I am writing to call out the highly unethical and misleading practices I have been subjected to. I bought two cord sets and attempted to return them. Instead of allowing a single return request, your system forced me to place two separate requests, charging me INR 100 each time. This alone is unacceptable.

What makes it worse is that instead of issuing a proper refund, you gave me two so-called voucher codes that are completely useless. Even without applying them, your website automatically gives a 50 percent discount, which means these vouchers have no real value. In effect, you have withheld half of my money under the guise of a “voucher,” which is nothing short of cheating.

This experience clearly reflects fraudulent behaviour, and I expect an immediate and full resolution. I will not accept vague vouchers or excuses—refund the amount that is rightfully mine.

Never placing an order again and I hope this fraudulent company dies down!

It is one of the worst apparal websites…

It is one of the worst apparal websites I have come across so far. Firstly, their collection is pretty average and the fabric quality is so poor. So, if you try to return their low quality clothes, they will charge an additional 100 rs for that. Also, the remaining amount will come in your wallet, hence you are bound to shop something from them again because you have your godammn money in their stupid wallet.

17.09.2025 4) If you give Rs. 100 as your return policy why it was not informed to me when I asked who will bear the charges. You returned my money Rs. 100 which I paid as per your return policy. The amount I paid for courier service was not reimbursed. You did not pay me courier charges (Rs. 300). You are lying about this whole story. You are making me think to really take strong action to teach you a lesson. Will really think about it and will take decision.
17.09.2025 3) I paid twice for dress return, once as per your policy and again as you requested me to send the dress and I will be reimbursed. Your executive spoke to me over the call and insulted me by speaking rudely. In the name of policy, you didn't refund and I had to buy another dress (which was of an average quality). You returned me Rs. 100 (which I paid as per return policy)but you didn't pay me the charges where I returned the dress (receipt was sent). when asked, your executive said "Aap kahi se bhi courier karoge aur 500 rupaye mangoge to hum thode hi na denge." . I send the dress return and paid the courier charges, bill sent and got such pathetic reply. I am writing and fighting for the consumer rights. Money was secondary, your approach towards a consumer matters. You all need to learn a lot to survive in the market for better service.

17.09.2025 2) Very shameful experience! You falsely mentioned that I denied the courier, whereas I have mails/messages from the courier company stating there was no clearance from your end. After 15 days of follow-up, you told me to return the courier and promised reimbursement. I paid ₹100 for dress return and ₹300 to courier for sending back the wrong dress. Your executive rudely said “we are not Amazon/Myntra” and even insulted me. A whole month passed, yet you gave false information instead of resolving my issue. Truly pathetic service!

1) 05.08.2025 - I received a wrong product. Still I paid Rs. 100 as a return charges as per their policy. The delivery partner didn't pick the parcel due to quality check issue (dress is different from shown in picture) which was natural as I received wrong product. I am following up through call and mail from three weeks, still their is no positive reply. I am complaining now to consumer court.

As per the courier partner’s remarks, the pickup was denied at your end. Since only one courier service operates at your pincode, we arranged a self-ship option to avoid further delays.

We have already reimbursed you for both charges – ₹100 you paid initially and ₹100 for sending the parcel back.

Your return request has been successfully resolved and, as confirmed, you have also received the replacement product. We always strive to give our best service, and in this case too, we ensured a smooth resolution from our side.

17-09-2025 : We regret to hear that you feel this way. As checked in our call records, at no point was any insulting remark made by our team. The statement you mentioned was not used, and we always maintain respectful communication with our customers.
Regarding the courier, the pickup attempt was scheduled and their remarks showed it could not be completed — this information is available on the tracking details directly from the courier. We had also informed you in advance that in case of self-shipping, we could reimburse up to ₹100 as per our policy.
With respect to the 15-day timeline, the courier attempted pickup within their standard window. After they marked it unsuccessful, we updated you accordingly and provided the self-ship option to avoid further delay.
We always strive to handle concerns fairly and transparently, and regret that this situation left you dissatisfied.

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unfair Return Policy

I had a very disappointing experience with MeMy.co.in. I purchased a product from their website and tried to initiate a return on the same day of delivery due to a clear quality issue. However, their return process was unnecessarily complicated and riddled with technical errors on their site.

Since the return option wasn’t working, I had to write an email to their customer support. Unfortunately, their response was delayed, and by the time they finally addressed the issue, the 48-hour return window had already passed.

Shockingly, the company refused to process my return, citing the expired return window, completely ignoring the fact that the delay was caused by their own technical problem and slow support response.

This kind of rigid, unhelpful, and customer-unfriendly attitude is unacceptable. I expected much better from an e-commerce platform. I do not recommend shopping from MeMy.co.in — unless you’re willing to risk poor service and a lack of accountability.
