We recently experienced a technical issue that affected our gift card services since September 1st. We understand that this has caused some frustration for our players.

We are happy to report that the current issue has been resolved, and our shop is running smoothly again. Additionally, we are sending out gift cards to those who purchased them during the affected period. However, this is being done manually, and while this may take some time, we assure you that you will receive your gift card.

As always, we appreciate your feedback and want to ensure your positive experience with us. We would also love it if once you receive your gift card, you come back and let us know/consider changing your rating.

Hey!

Thanks for reaching out and relaying your experience.

Bans are never given without reason and are only issued after careful investigation. While we appreciate it may be frustrating for you, this is necessary to ensure the competitive integrity of our platform.

After consulting with our Player Protection team, They are confident in their decision. They informed us that you did not receive a permanent ban on your original account (the first one you made with us), and as such, you can continue using our service, but all additional accounts were permanently banned. Unfortunately, the account you refer to with 7000 coins was not your original account.

Per our terms of service, players may only own one Stryda account, and we recommend that if you continue to use our service, you familiarize yourself with these fully so that you do not encounter other issues with using our service.

We're happy to hear that you have been enjoying your time with us so far!

All changes made to reward distribution (XP, Coins) for Missions, the Battle Pass or Ladders are made with careful consideration and is done to balance rewards evenly across all games we support. We understand that lowering these may not always be seen in a positive light, but were confident that in the long run it will be better for the platform overall.

Having said that changes are not always permanent and the team monitor them closely and will make adjustments accordingly.

Hey!

Bans are not issued with out reason and occur when our Player Protection team have been alerted to behaviour on your account that is in conflict with out terms and conditions.

You should receive an email about this, however I do know there were some technical issues with email send outs since Friday, when you made your review, so perhaps you did not receive it.

You can contact out customer support team through the help widget on the website, or help.stryda.gg to create a ticket. They can give your more details on this issue and you can also appeal the decision with them if you want to. They will happily review it for you.

We appreciate you reaching out and sharing your thoughts with us. After consultation with our Player Protection team, we were informed that the ban concerning the Gold account has already been served and lifted.

However, we understand that you may still be facing some challenges regarding your brother's account. We would like to assure you that we take these matters seriously and have closely examined your appeal.

Unfortunately, we were unable to lift the ban due to insufficient information provided. We understand this may be disheartening, but there is a silver lining. We are confident that with additional information from your brother, we can work towards resolving this matter together.
