Ive brought lots of gym equipment this year and Stronger have been FANTASTIC, I recently brought a refurbished Stages SC2 bike as ive been missing teaching during the lock downs, naturally I was apprehensive about not buying brand new but from the point of ordering to delivery was spot on, they even came back out to me to make a minor adjustment without quibble. Use this company they are BRILLIANT.

Dear Simon, please accept our apologies regarding your request to cancel your order - we are unable to find any communication from you about this. By now, you have your kettlebell, but if it is no longer needed and you wish to return it, that is certainly possible. Please email us at help@strongerwellness.com to discuss.
Great service and will be ordering from them again
Really happy with the dumbells and kettlebells, the quality exceeded my expectations. It took a while to get a shipping email but customer services replied back within an hour. The product was delivered within 6 days in 2nd UK lockdown. Great service and will be ordering from them again.

Svar fra STRONGER WELLNESS
Dear Michelle, we are so sorry to hear about all this. When we book shipments, we expect the courier to look after our parcels on their journey from our warehouse to your door, and not, as in this case, throw them across the garden with no respect. We have emailed you with a plan to put matters right, but in the meantime, we'd like to thank you for being so kind and understanding.
Great Product

Quality weights
Quality weights. Strong smell of rubber to start with but fades after a few days.

Thank you Tom, for this great review. You have given us interesting feedback regarding the rubber smell - so glad it only lasted a few days! I guess, having been in wrapping since they were manufactured, those brand new smells seem strong when exposed to fresh air for the first time! We hope you enjoy many hours usage. Stay strong and fit!
Quick delivery
Ordered online and were delivered within a few days excellent service. Can now carry on with my body pump during lockdown 2

Great products, a shame about a small bit of damage.
My order came within the allotted 7days, having said that I was unable to track my order for some reason but it was delivered at a sensible time. I was very happy with the quality and packaging of two of my competition kettlebells no scratches nice, shiny and new (10kg, 16kg). However, the 24kg kettlebell had no packaging came loose without any protection and has a number of nasty dents and scratches to the paint (which given the extensive packaging of the other two I can only assume was the fault of the courier). Great products, fair price, nearly great packaging and good delivery despite the uncertainty.

Thank you Jules, for taking the time to post this review. We are never pleased to hear that products were damaged due to couriers manhandling packages, but it does happen occasionally. We have emailed you with a compensatory gesture of goodwill. We hope that you are still able to enjoy incorporating your new (albeit scratched) kettlebells into your fitness regime.

We hope you will enjoy many great workouts with your S7R Dumbbells. Please check out our social media pages (strongerstudios) for tips and ideas on keeping fit.
Delivery was quick but the driver left…
Delivery was quick but the driver left the order in the lobby despite two signs saying that packages should not be left. I was in at the time and buzzed him in so there’s no reason why he couldn’t bring it up in the lift. Especially when it was a box 20kg weights which were pretty heavy for me to lift on my own.
