Good value and quick delivery
Purchased the Rubber Barbell Pump Set. Really good product for the price, love the fact that the bar and weights are coated, so doesn't scratch my laminate flooring. Like another reviewer states the clips are quite tight, but I expect they will loosen a bit over time and that really is a very minor issue as overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

It's so good to read your review Carrie and know that you are happy with your pump set and it's useful for potential new customers to know that laminate flooring is not damaged, due to the protective rubber coating on the product. Yes, the clips should become easier to use over time. Enjoy your home fitness routine and if you need some inspiration and new ideas, go to our YouTube channel (Stronger Wellness).

Good communication, happy with order
I am happy with this order, the products are good, just what I wanted, and better value than a lot of competitors. In relation to delivery, the email I received communicated well about expected timescales. The order didn't all arrive at the same time, but because the email had said to expect this I wasn't concerned about it, and it did all arrive within the expected timescale. The only issue was the 'track your order' function didn't work, and took me to an error message. Not a big issue though.

I still haven’t received my order
I still haven’t received my order, had an email on the 30th November, saying item had been sent, 2 days delivery .
Two emails chasing and no replies to them . This is extremely poor customer service and the link for me to track my order, shows an error page, suspicious. I will be following up tomorrow and going legal for miss information and financial.

It's always wonderful to get 5* reviews like this Ashley - they make us smile to know that our efforts are appreciated and our products are good!
All great except for the clips
The bar and plates are great, prefect for the job. One slight gripe is the clips. They are so small it can be difficult to get any purchase on them meaning that quickly getting them on and off the bar during a class isn't really feasible. There are easier-to-use clips available but at £30 they are an expensive and slightly annoying additional cost given that we had hoped for them to be included in the first place.

Thank you for taking the time to post this review John. The clips that are provided by the manufacturer are a snug fit for safety purposes, but hopefully, they will become easier to use in time. Apart from this irritation, we are glad that you are happy with the rest of the pump set.
Fast speedy delivery, great customer service .
Fast speedy delivery, I had an issue with a missing item but customer service and follow up sorted the issue straight away. Great products.

Could have been amazing
Really pleased with the parts I have received but a month later I am still waiting for my whole package.
I have been sent three replacements all of which have been wrong so still cannot use my product.
Email customer service is prompt and polite, unfortunately it hasn’t led to me receiving the correct items.
Courier service also won’t leave with a neighbour, change delivery address or allow a weekend pick up, very tricky!
