Gold standard in customer service. Part of order missing so contacted company. They could not of handled it any better in my opinion. Order sent straight out and kept informed every step of the way. Much appreciated

The product I purchased was poor quality. It was rated 8/10, but there's no way—probably a 5/10. Nowhere was it stated that the jersey would be faded. Miss leading. Also, nowhere does it say you will have to pay an import duty. I feel I was cheated for the price I paid.

Impossible to return items. Website says to email them to arrange a return but after 3 emails over the course of a week - no response. I get the feeling they are waiting for the 14 day return period to elapse. No contact number on the website to call. Would not recommend.

Cleats came quickly. I live in the US. Email updates on where they were was super helpful. They are gift to a young man in Trinidad and he needed them before the season starts. I had not used you guys before and I was very skeptical. Thank u for your customer service.

The product itself was as expected—good quality and in excellent condition. However, shortly after placing my order, I sent an email requesting that my PO BOX be added to the shipping address, as I had just realized the delivery would be made via postal service. Unfortunately, I received no reply, and the address was not updated.

I understand this oversight was initially mine, but I would have appreciated a response or some assistance from customer service. The parcel was shipped without the update, and I later faced difficulties tracking it. The tracking number provided didn’t show any updates, and it took two follow-up emails before I received a response that might help me contact the Greek postal service to get more information.

Additionally, I believe that a product of this price point would be better handled by a courier service like UPS or FedEx, rather than standard postal services. Not all countries offer the same level of postal service as the UK, and this made tracking and delivery more complicated on my end.
