STRONGER WELLNESS Anmeldelser

Sometimes things don't go as planned, but Stronger Wellnesexemplifies how companies should respond in such situations.

I ordered Lebert Equalizer dip bars from Stronger Wellness, and the initial communication and emails were excellent. However, a few days later, the courier accidentally mixed up my order with an order for Y-bells.

Faye from the Stronger Wellness Customer Service Team was outstanding in handling this issue. She promptly communicated the mix-up via email, arrange for the collection of the Y-bells , and ensured the immediate redelivery of the dip bars. Faye monitored the courier's progress and kept me regularly updated via email, making me feel reassured and in safe hands.

Thanks to Faye's professional and courteous customer service, I can wholeheartedly recommend Stronger Wellness and will continue using them for my sports equipment going forwards.

Exceptional guidance and service provided by Steve and the team at stronger. They helped us to plan our new home gym and provided us with great advice on what equipment would work in our space. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product. The equipment is fantastic quality and we are looking forward to using it all. Steve and the team have been there through the whole process to answer any questions. Very professional and reliable service and would highly recommend.

Always great quality - I have now upgraded my 5kg hex dumbbells to 6kg. Great customer service from Geraldine when I had a query about delivery. My go to website for home gym equipment

Great service and advice from the team in helping us get set up with our new gym. The equipment they helped us choose is exceptional quality and we're excited about launching the gym with a range of equipment from Stronger Wellness. The customer service from Faye, Steve and Elena was very friendly and personalised. I'm very grateful for their expertise and advice. Thank you

I've bought Y-Bells from Stronger Wellness multiple times (4 separate purchases). YBell are a brilliant combination of dumbells and kettlebells, very practical. The ordering process was smooth every time, delivery was prompt as promised. If I need to buy more kit for home workouts Stronger Wellness is the first place I'll look. Recommend.

I have bought 3 yoga mats over the last few years from Stronger Wellness and my experience (of the yoga mats, and the customer service) has been great!

Ordered Monday and paid for 2-4 business days delivery. Had to chase on day 3, as I hadn’t received a dispatch e-mail where it was then marked as dispatched. This is a birthday present, and I had to present a print out of what they will eventually be receiving!

Great company, great products and great service. Very professional customer service team

Avoid buying from this company, the alert on the Trustpilot homepage says it all really about the company by misleading people and not playing by Trustpilot rules!! My issue was that because I questioned the cost of very average shipping and why the company couldn't fulfil their promise of delivery 'between 2-4 business days' and lies from staff my order was cancelled the day before it was 'scheduled' to be delivered which was 5 days after the initial order. To avoid disappointment look elsewere as this company is very unprofessional follow Trustpilot advice...

I bought a bar and weights for my daughter for Christmas. Quality is good. We had a small issue that the spring locking clips didn't fit over the bar ends and customer service were very responsive and quickly sent out replacements of a different design. I'm impressed with the level of service. Thank you.

I've purchased previously from Stronger Wellness and decided to order some more equipment.

We placed an order and unfortunately there was a delay. I reached out to Faye in the customer support team and she assisted us with finding out if there was an issue and helping resolve the order.

We received our items with her assistance, unfortunately one dumbell was damaged. I flagged this to Faye and within a couple of days they sent through a replacement dumbell.

These things happen and more often than not it's in isolation.

I was very impressed with Faye and the support we received. Thanks for all your help Faye!

Really easy ordering service and product arrived very quickly. Delighted with my Ybells.
