Delayed communication
The order was acknowledged by StrongerWellness at 10:05, and I emailed at 10:27 asking to cancel the order, the following day I sent a copy of my cancellation request to their help email address.
StrongerWellness did not acknowledge the two requests to cancel before shipping, and I have received a 28mm diameter bar with weights for a 30mm bar.
StrongerWellness subsequently contacted me, the bar and weights collected and the funds have been refunded.
StrongerWellness also investigated with their IT team why the first emails cancelling the order were not actioned and are resolving the issue.

Hello Iain, for some bizarre reason, both your emails were delivered into Spam, rather than our Help Desk. Our Tech team are now looking into this, to ensure it never happens again.
So, sincere apologies that we did not reply to either of those emails and action your cancellation request accordingly. Rest assured, we were not ignoring you, simply unaware that you had contacted us.
Apologies also, for the sizing issue - this will be addressed.
We will, of course, arrange to get the Pump Set returned and you will be reimbursed in full.
Stronger Wellness Help Desk
Very good service.

Very happy with quality of dumbbells
Very happy with quality of dumbbells. Ordered 2x10Kg + 2x17.5Kg for my grandsons Easter. Initially only 3 arrived but on contacting customer service the lady was very pleasant and helpful. Obviously Covid played a part in delivery gliche but thankfully all 4 items did arrive before Easter. Thank you Stronger Wellness. 5 Stars would have been given but packaging of 1st 17.5 dumbbell
was all burst, giving no protection, but was thankfully undamaged. Chose Hex Dumbbells Narsil, my Grandson loves them.

We are really glad to hear that your grandson got his dumbbells in time for Easter, despite the slight delay and the broken box (apologies for that). What a super Grandma you are! Great product
Great product, quickly dispatched. Packaging awful. 10kg (pair) dumbbells sent in a cardboard box which had disintegrated on arrival. Lucky it got to me.

Customer service second to none
Ordered some YBells from Them previously without issues but my latest delivery was dogged by their delivery partner having issues, these things happen unfortunately but the reason for the positive is the first class communications from Stronger themselves. Daily updates and prompt replies to any emails, I cannot fault them at all and even though this last delivery was problematic I would absolutely keep them as my first choice for any further orders.
Customer service was a masterclass and something others would do well to emulate

What a brilliant review Mark - sincere thanks for this and for sticking with us through the delivery issues. Sometimes our logistics partners let us down badly, which really makes us unhappy, but we got there in the end.... or at least your YBell got there in the end! Happy Days......
