Brilliant experience with Stronger…
Brilliant experience with Stronger Wellness!
I ordered a Bodypump bar/weights late Weds evening, and delivery was made Friday morning.
Exceptional customer service, lovely notifications which will put a smile on your face :)
I am super pleased with the quality of the bodypump bar - which has a foam covering in the middle part. This makes the bar so comfortable to handle.
Would def purchase from this company again, and happily recommend!

Great product. Simple as that! Delivery took a little longer than expected due to COVID, but the product itself is high quality.

Hello Janet, thank you for taking the time to post this informative feedback. Apologies for the lateness of the shipping advice. We are really happy that you have not held this against us and feel that the rest of the experience was good. We are a small family business and are always working hard to improve our service, so feedback like this is very valuable.
Good, fast, but second hand equipment.
Happy to see some equipment online that looked great, fast enough delivery in these times. But one of the 5kg discs had had the previous branding removed (krypton by the looks of it) and it had left bad discolouration and you could still see it very clearly. Wouldn’t have bothered me as much but they were the most expensive option and felt very second hand.

Hello Louise, thanks for your review. We only sell products that are new and this kind of practice is certainly not something we do, so this is concerning to hear. We have looked at our system and we are unable to match an order with your name who has bought 5kg plates. Please would you email us with further details about your order (full name and order number), as we would like to address this and investigate. Our email is help@strongerwellness.com
Thank you Louise.
Great company
Ordered from stronger wellness as everywhere was sold out of gym equipment. A gem of a website. I had some delivery issues with my order because of brexit implications here in Northern Ireland. Customer service was great, they were so helpful. The equipment is great quality. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Excellent Customer Service and quality purchase
Excellent Customer Service, prompt and efficient; very impressive considering lockdown restrictions. All the staff I've communicated with, either on the phone or via email have been brilliant, from purchase to delivery in particular Steve, Faye and Elena who assisted me at various times. My brand new fantastic Stages SC1 spin bike, fully assembled was carefully unloaded by Brian and placed at a location of my choosing in my home. I could not have asked for better service, thank you. Highly Recommended.

Excellent 12.5kg hex dumbell pair
Ordered a 12.5kg hex dumbell pair as they looked great and were not the mad prices you tend to see in these Covid times.
Easy process to order, was told lead times for delivery were 5-10 working days due to Covid, they arrived in 6 working days, are great quality and just what I needed to up my routine.
Would highly recommend and will shop here again.

Fantastic Customer Service
Courier for my item mad a hash of the delivery. Thankfully customer service rep Faye saved the day. Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received. She regularly kept me updated and checked in to see if the item had arrived. In the end Stromger sent me a new separate order. The product itself is fantastic and as desired. Would definitely use the company again

During lockdown. Took one week from ordering for my dumbbells to arrive. 10/10. Dumbbells quality looks great so far. I would recommend free delivery on a minimum spend as I would have ordered more than one pair.

I was looking for a Barbell set & found when I started to search that virtually every website had sold out due to the current situation with all gyms being shut. I found Stronger Wellness, placed my order & a week later my set arrived. They were excellent keeping in touch & telling me when it was coming.
