Amazing All-Around
The ladies in-store were fantastic. They made recommendations, allowed me to vacillate between color choices and ultimately helped me find the perfect bag (the mosaic in bottle green). Then we yapped about our goals, I learned about who they are as people and they made fantastic recommendations for food and must-see sights while I was visiting Edinburgh; I checked almost all of them off the list! I felt like I made friends - an experience I have never had in any other store while shopping for a bag. To have such kind and personable staff was incredible. They carefully wrapped the bag and got it ready to ship home.
A few days after I got home from vacation my bag arrived. Oh. My. God. She’s perfect. The quality is amazing and I can’t stop touching and smelling this gorgeous leather.
There is absolutely nothing I would change about the experience!

During my recent visit to London
During my recent visit to London with my husband, we visited the Strathberry boutique in Covent Garden. I purchased my first beautiful Strathberry Mosaic Top-Handle Bag, black with gold accents. The craftsmanship is exceptional and the functionality meets my handbag needs. It's quite a beauty. I also found a matching leather journal notebook that I bought as well. Chef's kiss!!!
The staff were exceptional - Miss Dovile helped me find my perfect handbag and she put my initials on my journal. And Miss Lida did an excellent job at putting my initials on my handbag's strap. Both ladies were so friendly and very professional, along with another woman who works there (I forgot to get her name) - she allowed me to buy their display journal, which was the last and only black journal they had that matched my new handbag. She kindly removed the defective journal notebook on the inside and replaced it with a new pristine one.
If you are looking for quality handbags and exceptional sales support, go visit this lovely boutique! You won't be disappointed!!!

Beautiful bag but questionable quality
Got the mosaic bag as a push present and in less than a year the hardware zip came off and well as the musical note at the front is broken and the glue is off. Dint expect a premium product like this to get wear off soon.
If you have bought a light color then be careful with your clothing friction as well, as the leather can take the color and unfortunately this happened with mine, reached out to customer care and they were not help and said it’s the nature of the leather and they don’t do any servicing

I have give 3 stars due to the quality of the bag.
Some of the stitching is coming away from the bad and there are marks on the leather, which for a light coloured bag is more noticiable.
I was disappointed as I bought in to the brand ethos and they bei g hand made....
The packaging was nice.

Thinking I could call Strathberry to buy a dustbag saving on a trip to Kingston, I was surprised to be told that they don't sell spare bags.

Disappointing quality and slow refund process
I’m really disappointed with my experience with Strathberry. I placed two separate orders with the brand and unfortunately both resulted in issues.
In my first order, I received a faulty bag, which was very disappointing considering the premium positioning and price point of the brand.
For my second order, I returned the item and Strathberry received it on their side, but my refund has still not been processed after 20 days (13 working days). The waiting time has been far longer than expected and the communication has not made the experience any better.
Overall, after two problematic orders in a row, my confidence in the brand has been seriously affected. I expected much better quality control and customer service from a luxury brand.
UPD: The refund had been quickly processed after I published this review (in ~30 min).
