Thank you for spoiling my holiday to Vienna.
Day 3 in a few hours and still no suitcase. I am wearing the same clothes I had on since v early Saturday, shops were closed all day Sunday.
No respect for paying customers and no urgency in regards to delivering bags that Austrian Airlines mislaid.
I have no toiletries, clean underwear or clothing.
I will never fly with you again.

What a brilliant start of my Vienna holiday.
Arrived at 7am for a 10.05am flight which from the start of the day had been delayed. We were gathering in the departure lounge only to find out that the flight wasn’t delayed but actually cancelled.
I was one of the lucky few to be offered alternative flights but via Brussels and instead of arriving at 1.30pm, ETA was 9.30pm, 8 hours later. I accepted this option but I asked the staff member at LHR would I have to collect my luggage in Brussels but was assured that it would be with me and available to collect in Vienna – it wasn’t.
I arrived with a couple of other passengers at nearly 10pm, tired, dirty and wanting my hotel only to find out that my luggage was in Brussels and wouldn’t be delivered till today which I don’t hold out hope for! I am only in Vienna for 4 days, today is a Sunday and there are no shops open (Sunday licensing laws) – I only have the clothes, nothing clean, no clear underwear, not toiletries, no charge for my mobile, NOTHING!
I will be making a formal complaint to BA upon my return to London.
The lack of sympathy by Austrian Airlines who I had to report the issue too just exacerbated and to be told to calm down – you try losing your luggage and having nothing!
This will be my last trip on BA – disgusting service.

Please sell on eBay.
Sold three items on Vinted, two of which were not picked up from the InPost locker and are now on their way back to me.
What a waste of time and one of the buyer's had the cheek to ask me to resend the item as they really wanted it. I don't think so.
No penalty for the buyer if they don't collect the item.

I placed my first order with B&B but changed my mind and was determined to return the jumper wheb it arrived; the Montadale jumper.
Jumper arrived today, put it on and fell in love with it. Suoersoft with the cutest design.
Tags immediately removed and now waiting for its turn to be worn.
Thank you B&B. In the new year ill visit your store which isn't top far from me.

My first purchase from this store, online.
Beautiful packaging and very quick delivery.
I bought a pair of wristwarmers as I was after a specific colour. The reason for the low rating is the fit. Omg these are so tight on the fingers and wrists, nothing like the Brora wristwarmers I usually buy (Brora didnt have the colour i wanted).
Sadly would not buy again.
Update
I have since returned the wristwsrmers. I just couldn't wear them as is. Much too tight. Such a shame.

I have a thing about scarves and especially love the triangle style.
I came across Tbco on an instagram ad and bought a large grey with burgundy edging.
Its arrived and I love it. Supersoft wool which looks so stylish when worn. I love it so much I've just ordered the burgundy with lilac colourway.
I'd love to buy the navy with lighter blue ruffle edging but it's only available in the small size. Please please please do a larger version.

I had been wanting a scarf from Austria but they wouldn't mail to the UK and I came across Shippn.
Within two weeks, probably less, I now have the garment in my hands.

I thought ebay was bad, I was wrong.
Sold an item which was delivered to pick up store but retailer can't find item.
Asked Vinted what happens next if item cannot be found and they've suspended the order and the buyer will be refunded in two days.
What about me and my item? So I lose the item and any monies I would have earnt from sending it.
Vinted you truly are worse than ebay.

I ordered a Donegal wrap from Avoca and eagerly awaited its arrival via DPD.
Working from home, I was able to track my item and expected it to be delivered either on the Monday when it arrived at DPD’s Southall depot or Tuesday and was surprised when I had not received a delivery confirmation email.
This is absolutely no fault of Avoca at all – but it turns out that DPD have accidentally damaged the package and due to the issue have returned the damaged package to Ireland.
Lisa at Avoca has been an absolutely star and emailed at 8.08am today to let me know that she was investigating the matter with DPD. At 12.43pm, Lisa again emailed me to let me know that the item had been damaged on its way from Ireland (all DPD’s fault) and would I like a replacement. I will message her later when I get home from work.
Avoca, your customer service has been absolutely superb and really cannot be faulted.
Thank you so much and DPD, you truly are awful.

I have been awaiting a delivery from Ireland which has been sitting in your Southall depot for the last two days.
Checking online this evening it's now being returned to sender? Why?
Im registered online with my address and have been tracking the parcel, it's actually not even left your depot.

So far so good.
I only placed my "buy for me" order this morning, but its already been confirmed and bought and I am guessing on its way from Austria to Germany - there is no Austrian host.
Yes, it is a bit more expensive than buying direct, but the Austrian vendor will not mail to the UK.
I will let you know how it goes.

I did read the return T&Cs but I still cannot see why it takes so long to receive a refund?
In future, I won't buy online direct from Jigsaw but ill go via Next or John Lewis who give immediate refunds.
Another two weeks to wait for my money to be returned.
Poor show Jigsaw.

Very disappointed with Sainsburys Hammersmith staff.
This morning I saw a woman putting shopping in her bag, she was not scanning these items. I reported this to the security guard and gave a description of the woman and pointed her out to security, nothing was done. She came up to me when I was paying for my shopping calling me a racist, that I don’t have to defend myself (I am guessing because I am a white woman) and that she had used smart scan and did not have to use the tills, then why did she go to the tills to pay for her shopping only after i had pointed her out!
No action was taken at the Sainsburys by either the security guard nor members of staff.
In future, if I see someone stealing in future, I’ll leave them to it. If the staff can’t be bothered to act then neither can i.
