Strathberry produces the most elegant, classy handbags and wallets. Their quality is impeccable and I am so pleased with their products. Shipping is extremely quick even if some come from the UK.

I ordered a bag 11 days ago with '2 to 3 days shipping' and still have not received the bag. The team are 'awaiting an update from their warehouse'. Delivery service is unfortunately very poor.

Great customer service
I have always received great customer service at the Strathberry Covent Garden shop. On my recent visit, I received great customer service and help from Riya. I had gone in with an idea of what I planned to purchase. Riya helped explain the subtle difference between 2 colours I was considering and she also helped me select a scarf to complete the look. She took great care to tie the scarf on the tote so that it would be ready for an event I was attending and planning to use my new bag. I also received warm greetings from the other sales staff in the shop.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review!
We're delighted to hear that you consistently enjoy such a positive experience at our Covent Garden boutique.
It's especially lovely to know that Riya was able to help you compare the two colours, find the perfect scarf to complete your look, and prepare your tote so thoughtfully for your event. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Riya and the rest of the team; they'll be thrilled to hear they made your visit so memorable.
We truly appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you back to our Covent Garden boutique again soon. We hope you enjoyed your event and your new Strathberry.
The purchase went smoothly
The purchase went smoothly. I love the bag, its tiny but mighty. The leather is top quality. I am looking forward to purchasing another mosaic in medium size.

I loved my experience at the Victoria street store in Edinburgh! The sales associate was extremely kind and helpful. The only drawback is that my bag went on sale shortly afterwards returning home to Toronto. 😕

We're sorry to hear about the disappointment of seeing your bag go on sale shortly after you returned home, as we understand how frustrating that can feel. Our promotions can vary by timing and location, but we truly appreciate your support and are glad you found a bag you love.
We hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Edinburgh!
Not a luxury experience
Not a luxury experience. The Sales Assistant was more concerned with locking up so she could go downstairs, rather than making us feel special. Made us feel like criminals - not what you expect in Burlington Arcade. Plus side, the bag we bought is beautiful, but I would not go back there again for my next Strathberry.

This is my 3rd bag from Strathberry and as always I was not disappointed over the quality of the bag.
The bag came well packaged it is own high quality protective bag/tote (which I think could also be used as a bag in itself). High recommend and we be a life long customer.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
The bag I wanted wasn't on display so I thought they might not have it in store. After speaking to the sales assistant they advised they had the bag in different sizes available. They brought me the bags to try on so I could decide which one I wanted. Great experience.

Fast delivery and happy experience
Fast delivery after picking the fast delivery option was great! It arrived before my girlfriend's graduation date. She wore it for the first time today in downtown Vancouver and she had a little pep in her step when walking from shop to shop. I made me feel hapy seeing her happy carrying it around.
