They are always great
They are always great! Good notification system and fast. Probably the only courier that actually knocks or rings your doorbell when they deliver.❤️
They delivered to a wrong address
They delivered to a wrong address - showed photos of a doorway and house that aren't mine. Not helpful when I called. Wouldn't let me know where it was delivered to. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told there weren't any. Then they hung up on me.
Utter shock, but feeling better now
Shocked that this level of service exists today. This can't be real. My package was not delivered and they marked it as though it was, and the pictures they used were from someone else's delivery. And when I call, they won't give me a manager, I hear roosters in the background, and they say it could take weeks or even months for them to sort it out. What is going on? --- UPDATE: APR 2 2025 my package was delivered! I still don't understand why they said it was delivered on MAR 28 2025, but I'm sure glad it's here. Thank you Trustpilot, maybe you notifying them with my complaint helped expedite things!

That was one of the worst expérience Ive had with costumer service. Ive called to have a follow up on my parcel tracking, because Its late since more than 8 days and I wanted to know why. The guy that answered was agressive and acted like I was bothering him. When I asked him by what is caused the delay, he said agressively: Its like that, the system says theres à delay, so you need to wait. Theres no reason. He wasnt able to tell me what was the cause, where is my parcel, or give me an approximative date of delivery. Bad service

En core une fois ils n'ont pas livrée mon colis et par 2 fois dans les dernières mois ils ont laisser le colis par terre ou les chiens les ont ramasser., aujourd'hui les chiens étaient dans leurs enclos mais ils ont trouver un autre moyen de ne pas faire leurs travail. Ils ont reçu le colis 5 fois à Chicoutimi avant de ce décidé a le charger pour livraison et finalement ils ne le livre pas. Ils ne méritent même pas une étoile. De plus leurs services à la clientèle m'a dit ,d'un ton narquois et suffisant de rappeler quand je parlerais anglais.

If I could rate a "0" I would. The level of incompetence is unbelievable. Lazy drivers who do not want to take the time to even find the address. Delivered completely to the wrong address the second time around. When you call customer service you are greeted with an almost unintelligible thick east Indian accent and they are about as helpful as a dead fish on a pile of sand.

Show all my packages as delivered and some random photo of a door - NOT my door. Their website doesn't accept a contact. It says "Try again later". What a CORRUPT company!!! If your orders shipped with them, don't expect to get your packages. Don't expect to be able to send a complaint. Its almost as if its a non-existent company.

Garbage company
Garbage company. They keep saying they "attempted delivery", when they did not. Takes weeks to get from their depot 40 minutes away, and when I complained, they delivered it. took a pic of the package on a fence post, then tossed it in the driveway to get run over. Avoid them at all costs.

They do not listen to instructions from the people receiving parcels. First attempt to deliver, I was home. Second attempt to deliver, I was home in the morning and afternoon waiting. Left instructions to have to driver call me, third attempt in the afternoon the second day. I guess, the driver doesn’t know how to read messages. Three attempts to deliver in two days and no parcel, no phone calls to me. Broken promises to their customers that wait in their homes for their packages.

For me, straightship has turned around in the last few months. Seller was supposed to ship canada post. They didnt, sent straightship instead. Straightship was given the incorrect address ( cant deliver to a PO box) . I called them and got them to hold for pickup. They did and I got my package in a timely fashion. I have no complaints.

Driver damaged my property - did not tell me
Driver damaged the steps leading to my home with the tire of his van, but did not tell me they had done so. I called & was told they knew who the driver was & would investigate. I have emailed multiple times & only get form letter replies saying they will investigate. I still do not have a resolution & it is over 3 weeks since my first contact with Straightship. How long does it take to investigate when they know who the driver is?

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by StraightShip Delivery Company. My experience has been riddled with unprofessionalism, negligence, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Below, I outline the key issues I have encountered:
Customer Service Failures:
Agents lack basic courtesy and professionalism. One representative refused to apologize for the poor service and subjected me to the incessant noise of a rooster ringtone during our conversation. This is unacceptable behavior for any professional setting.
Another agent hung up on me after I waited 30 minutes in the queue. While the subsequent representative was more polite, they were unable to resolve my issue, highlighting a lack of adequate training.
Delivery Failures:
Where is my parcel, undelivered despite being marked as "delivered." This raises serious concerns about the integrity and accountability of your drivers.
Drivers frequently fail to deliver packages to apartment doors, despite having access codes and the ability to enter the building. Instead, they leave stickers in the lobby, forcing customers to incur additional costs to retrieve their items. For individuals with limited mobility, like myself, this is not only inconvenient but also financially burdensome.
Breach of Contractual Obligations:
Your drivers are not adhering to their contractual responsibilities to deliver parcels to the specified addresses. This demonstrates a lack of oversight and managerial competence within your organization.
Privacy Violations:
A driver posted pictures of my Amazon parcels on the TEMU site. This is a gross violation of privacy and raises serious concerns about data protection and confidentiality.
Financial Impact:
Due to your drivers' negligence, I have incurred over $120 in taxi fares to retrieve my parcels. This is an unacceptable financial burden caused solely by your company's failure to fulfill its obligations. We had one driver refuse to go to the 11th floor snorted in disgust shoved the package at me took a picture and said "My cars unlocked (music blasting out the windows.) He handed the package to the wrong person!! What is that crap?
Legal and Regulatory Concerns: Your company's actions—or lack thereof—may be in violation of delivery transportation laws and regulations. According to Transport Canada, delivery companies must adhere to strict guidelines to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of goods. Additionally, drivers' contracts typically outline responsibilities such as timely delivery, proper handling of packages, and respect for customer privacy2.
Demand for Resolution: I demand the following actions be taken immediately:
A formal apology for the poor service and unprofessional behavior of your staff.
A thorough investigation into my missing parcel
Implementation of stricter oversight and training programs for your staff and drivers to prevent such issues in the future.
Failure to address these concerns promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities

Worst experiences ever
Worst delivery people ever sent me a picture of my package on a Sunday saying it was delivered but it was at the wrong address and best part is on the straight ship website they are closed on Sundays and do not do delivery's nor does canada post couldn't track down any information on who delivered it to the wrong address and today apparently it was delivered but nothing here and no picture to prove the delivery never have ever had a package issue with delivery until straight ship got involved now it's none stop bull**** and excuses on where all my temu packages are going they should really start getting there sh*t together beyond disappointed and wish there was shipping options to not have them get involved shame on you straightship
