I have been getting the run-around with…
I have been getting the run-around with this delivery company. My apartment has no buzzer and drivers are unable to call my cell phone. There is no real place that I can pick-up my package. Temu needs to stop using this company. I was on hold for more than 1 hour only for the number say that the operator's voicemail is full.
Straightship bad delivery service
This delivery service is garbage, should be investigated by BBB. I had parcels sent back to supplier because their drivers don't know how to use a phone or read. I contacted their customer service and they are very rude and do not want or care about your situation. Very bad Delivery couriers and should avoid at all costs.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Customer service agents merely repeat the information available on the Straightship tracking page—something I can check myself. That is not customer support, that is just reading off a screen.
I specifically requested that the agent call the recipient, yet this never happened. Meanwhile, my package has been rerouted four times in a single week, bouncing between the delivery address and the Straightship station with no resolution.
This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating. How does this even qualify as a delivery service?
Pathetic excuse for a courier service (UPDATED)
My package apparently sat for 10 days after customs clearance waiting for StraightShip to pick it up. They picked it up on the day it was supposed to be delivered.
After pickup, it has sat in their warehouse for two days.
I called their customer service line and was told -- wait till you hear this -- that they have no idea when it might be delivered!
Is this not a core competence for a courier company? How can they not know?????
The woman I spoke to was very apologetic, but said that she could not give me any more information than I could see on their website.
UPDATE: the package eventually arrived in my Canada Post mailbox!
It seems that while customer service was telling me they had no idea what was happening, someone there had stuck another label on it and handed it off to CanPost, presumably knowing that they might have gone on strike a day or two later.

Déçue encore une fois. Mes colis sont livrés à une adresse qui porte le même numéro civique que le mien mais pas sur la bonne rue.
L’inverse se produit aussi; je reçois les colis de l’autre adresse
J’ai déjà avisé le bureau du transporteur mais ça recommence encore. Je devrai refaire le processus.

They deny that my tracking number ever existed. The tracking with temu says customs cleared my packages a week ago. I think they are a scam company too. I have removed them from my temu shipping options but ship straight has three packages of mine somewhere.

they sent a fake picture of a house that was not mine.the address was not the same and no evidence that it was even my package...too small anyways. They are I think working with Temu to avoid delivering on orders. I am so tired of being ripped off.
I was placed on their "do not call list" just for calling them.
I received notification that my package was out for delivery but it never arrived. Then I was notified that they weren't able to leave it at a safe location (why not leave it in my carport as they have done in the past?). Next, I was notified that it had been received at their Nanaimo station but apparently they don't have a station in Nanaimo?! So I called their number (1 800 452-3304). I explained the problem to the person who answered and he hung up on me! When I called back I was informed by a recording that I had been placed on their "do not call" list and was promptly hung up on again!! What the heck??!! Is this even a real company and why does Temu use these clowns?

ZERO STARS! I received notification that my parcel was out for delivery. It was sent in two parts. First part (one roll of stickers) arrived yesterday, and the second part ($200 worth of items for my daughter's birthday party) says (since 9am yesterday), that it is out for delivery in Vars, ON. I DO NOT LIVE IN VARS! I live 3 hours away! I called their 800 number, only to be on hold for 10 minutes, and then it hung up! I tried an online email form, and it told me there was "trouble sending your message. Try again later." This place sucks!
I waited all day for my parcel
I waited all day for my parcel. Straightship said they attempted delivery, however, they didn't buz me call me or knock at my door ... Usually they knock and throw it at my door or drop it... I didn't receive a call at my security building either. 😕 😡
Failed delivery....again!
This is the 2nd time that Straightship has failed to deliver my order. Other couriers are always on time with no issues. The website is very archaic and attempting to track packages are nearly impossible. Please close your company Straightship.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Package was “returned to shipper” for no reason. I contacted Straightship and the rep told me to contact the carrier directly. Straightship is the carrier! So they couldn’t provide me with any information. Absolutely useless. What an awful shipping service.

NEVER RECEIVE MY PACKAGES
This company should be called "Straightbullshit". The delivery guys never knock or ring the doorbell they just shove the package on the side of the street for anyone to grab! They take pictures of my adress as a proof of delivery but dont even check if were home! I have a sign on my door asking to NEVER leave a package outside, yet here i am getting my package stolen again. It is so frustrating!! Especially when i am home waiting on the delivery and tracking my package every hour

I live in Stoney Creek, Ontario, they send my parcels to the Mississauga station 40 minutes away then to Rivière-des-Prairies, QC 8 hours away.
I don't mind it a little late but not punted across two provinces !. What a waste of time, money, fuel and unnecessary over handling exposing it to risk and damage...incompetent.
Do not use
Called the company Straightship 3 times have been told they are not concerned about my package saying delivered even though it's not shown up and take no accountability. Very angry thank God Temu refunded the money DO NOT USE STRAIGHTSHIP
