The sales team are friendly and proactive; however, I found their approach quite misleading. I was promised overbite correction and a perfect smile, yet neither was fully achievable with clear aligners alone.

They also ask you to pay a deposit and sign up to a payment plan before you’ve even seen a dental professional. The decision is based entirely on photos you take yourself. While this feels convenient at the time, I regret committing to treatment before having an in-person consultation and receiving a proper clinical assessment.

My treatment was terminated because Straights breached its contract with the dental studio providing my care, which was not actually an orthodontic practice. I was offered an alternative provider 45 minutes away, which I declined because the distance was unreasonable, especially when the same treatment is available from multiple dentists just five minutes from my home.

Despite Straights terminating my treatment themselves, they initially attempted to charge me a £150 cancellation fee.

Update: Since posting this review, the customer care team have been helpful and we reached a fair resolution. The £150 fee was waived and I received a full refund. In light of this, I have revised some of the wording in my review and increased my star rating accordingly.

Max was super friendly and put me at easy straight away, he was very knowledgable about the process and the outcomes of composing bonding.

He was able to advise on a personalised plan for my perfect smile and I feel reassured that I am going to be very happy with the results!

Gemma was on call with me, she was great. She was conversational, communicative, upbeat and had a nice balance of getting her job done whilst also getting to know me and my story behind my smile and the path i want to go down to make myself more confident in my smile.

Jake went above and beyond to get me referred to the best place for composite bonding, he made everything easy and less stressful, and explained everything i needed to know. He also got the price down to what i was originally quoted by another company with 5 years guarantee.

My partner signed up with Straights and was told all the usual speal. However the distance would have been too far to travel. They advertise a dentist in Liverpool on the map but that isn’t actually available for Invisalign and the closest was 40 mins away. Not good if you don’t drive. The dentist offered were also only open 3 days a week until 2pm!! So if you work you have no chance of ever booking an appointment. Many emails have been sent over and over requesting cancellation after the finance contract was cancelled. Months later the emails have gone unanswered with no return of the deposit. Be very wary about this company they are a 3rd party

After posting this review Straights contacted to issue the refund, which has been chased for months! It’s a shame you need to post such a negative review to be heard

I had a phone call with Jake, regarding my braces, but after discussing my options we decided that composite bonding would be the best choice for me. He took the time to show me what my new smile could look like and Jake was so lovely throughout the whole conversation. I had my consultation today and they had supported me through everything finance and how the procedure is going to be.

Started off great, expressed that on here. Now I can't even get my retainers despite requesting them 2 weeks prior to my upcoming dentist appointment and got confirmation, I email to explain the importance and don't get an acknowledgement or resolution. Really poor how it all drops off throughout / towards the end of treatment.

My pre existing composite bonding was pushed out due to the aligners, raised as a concern with Straights to be told they won't be supporting fixing it
