Just had my first consultation over zoom with Charleigh - she was very professional and helpful and booked me in for my follow up consultation!

Initially very nervous about the entire process, but from the beginning the team made me feel very comfortable it was a very quick and easy process. They sent me all the information right away. And the call just reassured me. Harley answered all my questions and made sure I understood before moving on. Overall very happy so far!

Harley was absolutely fantastic with answering my questions and queries. Very friendly and broke everything down very simply. Looking forward to going ahead with the treatment too!

The service is quite rushed for the assessment. There is a dentist reviewing the results, not sure if she was an orthodontist. However, the girls doing initial checks were quick and they were generally lovely. I seem to have a minor fix that takes 6-7 months, but still came to 2k quote. I wasn’t a fan of premises in Leeds. Overall, probably similar offering as in other clinics. Yet to decide on the treatment. If signing up for one, would recommend to do it in Black Friday sales.

The initial consultation was warm and welcoming. The AI simulation of my expected results after 20 weeks were impressive with a side note that "slight adjustments" may be necessary. A couple of days later I received an email inviting me to write a review about my experience for a chance to win my treatment for free. So be mindful of the reviews here, incentives for reviews are against Trustpilot policy as far as I know. By week 18 I could see my teeth were pushed together but not straight and voiced my concerns. I had to chase appointments, chase paperwork that I signed in the initial consultation and they also refuse to give me the initial AI-Simulation photos. I have them, but the fact they are refusing says enough. My last appointment was on 19th September 2026 where Dr. Jazz promised he would do everything to make sure I get the results I'm happy with. But now he was talking about 1-2 more sets. My teeth were scanned. I was promised a breakdown of how we move forward, I had to chase this. It came after 3 weeks in a loom video and now it is 2nd November and I still don't have a new appointment to collect my next set. I've chased again.
Response times of Customer Service minimum 10 days. I took advantage of the interest free loan and now I'm paying for 4 years for an unfinished treatment.

I had my consultation with Harvey. He is an honest, direct, very helpful perso. He gave me the best plan tailored to me. He didn’t try to “sell me and higher plan than was needed, he was just honest and was very trust worthy I have not reservations

Overall my expectations on the call were met, questions answered and it was an even better experience when I went to the clinic

They will lure you in with a price that looks affordable and they will give you a package that will never be enough for you (you will need more aligners which you will have to pay additionally) which will set you back £99 per refinement set. I find this completely unfair and morally wrong as my teeth are not where I wanted them to be as I discussed on my initial consultation and did not receive what I had expected. Not happy with the service provided as you basically have no choice but to pay if you want your teeth to be straight. Go to a provider that will give you FREE unlimited aligners for refinement. Only a couple doctors are experienced - the rest need to learn from the experienced.
