Mi experiencia comprando en línea no ha sido nada agradable. En un principio no pude hacer el pago de mi pedido con PayPal, al hacerlo con tarjeta de débito se me generó un cargo doble que tuve que disputar con mi banco. Mi pedido a pesar de estar pagado, jamás se me envió. En atención a clientes solo contestaban que darían seguimiento al pedido y esto jamás pasó. A 8 días del pago de mi pedido, sigo sin un recibir ni el producto ni un reembolso.

This is my second review. I don't expect anything to change. I guess I am stuck with an item I don't need. Maybe I can gift it to some one who needs it. All I can say is I read many reviews on petcos company and virtually every one was bad bad bad!. Maybe this will prompter's them to be more considerate of their paying customers. I for one will never shop there again.

Other than having the hard-to-find product in stock, Petco and the experience I had with them was rough.

Customer service has no idea what they're doing and their tracking methods are from the Oregon Trail days.

When I finally did get my product, the follow up call I was supposed to have received from a local store was never made.

I'm not one to seek out a store that is supposed to follow up with me either. Moving forward, I'm looking elsewhere. The only reason for the second star is, again, the fact that they had my product in stock, which was a difficult one to find.

Hopefully they can turn their act around and become the brand they once were.

We needed dog food so ordered online for store pickup. We received a credit for using online service and they texted us in 10 minutes notifying us our order was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at store all items we ready. Great experience.

Avoid Petco Cookeville grooming.

Abysmal customer service. Made an appointment in advance for my two labradoodles. Followed Petco rules, including forms with vaccination records. Records came from our kennel, which has the vets' records on file.

Two weeks later, when I arrived for my appointment, groomer would not accept my records. We were able to contact our vet up north for one dog, but the vet for the other (in Crossville) was closed on Saturday.

I asked the groomer to call the kennel so they could send a photo of the other's record, but she refused. It had to be from a vet.

When I told her the record is the same one the vet issued, she said that did not matter. The record must be from a vet.

When I said that is not what the online registration form said, she said that did not matter. When I asked her to look it up, she raised her voice and said it did not matter.

The discussion became a little heated and she refused to groom the pet.

The manager, Seth, said it did not matter what the registration form says, that is their policy.

I contacted the kennel, and they were willing to text a photo of the vaccine record, but groomer and manager said no.

If they want a specific document, they should request it. Two weeks - and an hour drive from Crossville - all wasted.

I went to Petco looking for a companion for my little ferret. So, I asked a salesperson for help. From the moment, he came to help me. He pointed out on an old ferret they had for adoption. When I saw it, I felt sorry for that ferret. I asked him if it would be a good companion for my ferret. He said yes (but he doesn't play with my ferret at all). Well, the fact is, they said the ferret was healthy. After a month, I noticed it had something on his neck. I didn't know what was it, but that thing started growing up very fast. I took it to the vet. They told me my poor ferret has a tumor and he needs a surgery. Unfortunately, that surgery is too expensive. I couldn't get it done yet. I had never imagined this would happen.

I was in your store on Lehigh St. in Allentown last week as was so appreciative of the help I received from Cherie and Wendy. They went above and beyond to help me buy prescription dog food for my dog. There were some issues with trying to figure out how to purchase the food, as it was something new. Both of these ladies spend so much time trying to figure it out and were so kind and helpful. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I was truly grateful for all if their help. You are lucky to have such wonderful, caring employees.

Great variety of supplies and always in stock.
They have fish, rats, cats, ginni pigs and more pets you can buy.

Dreadful service from Petco Mexico. Delivered order incomplete in an open box. Chat takes forever and frequently disconnects before they have answered. When they have managed to answer they have told me on that the missing part of the order would be delivered, but this has still failed to materialise after 2 months

Petco, Los Gatos, CA. Since getting Fred been regular visitors and always welcomed by lovely, helpful staff. Despite Fred peeing on the floor! Twice. Always a fun visit!

I LOVE the Petco company, my Petco store AND, the Petco Master Card that I got through Petco and with which I earn many great perks that save me money.
I have been shopping with Petco for about 11 years and have never had a bad experience. I often order my organic dog food from their website and if I have ever had even the slightest issue, Petco has ALWAYS made things right for me.
Petco is THE ONLY store that I shop at for my dogs and it is the only place that I will have my dogs groomed.

En lo personal me parece una tienda muy completa en servicios y productos ya que encuentras gran variedad de artículos y cuentan con los servicios necesarios para cubrir las necesidades de mis mascotas.
Me encanta ir a sus tiendas por que siempre encuentro lo que necesita. Aparte tiene un personal muy colaborador que siempre te orientan.

Terrible experience terrible customer service. Loyal customer who only uses petco grooming service and buys all dog food, toys, treats etc at the South nashua location. Scheduled an appointment 4 WEEKS AGO called to confirm appointment 30 minutes before appointment. When we get there we are told they cannot take our dog due to expired paperwork which would be fine if THEY HAD TOLD US BEFORE WE GOT THERE! They offer no solution other than rescheduling 4 weeks from now which is unacceptable. We have an infant at home and due to the current state of the world with covid 19 ut is difficult to get out of the house.WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING I DO NOT RECCOMEND SPENDING ANOTHER DOLLAR AT THIS LOACTION I WILL BE TELLING ALL OF MY NEIGHBORS AT TWIN PONDS to take their business ELSEWHERE this location does not value loyal customers. Especially during a time where money is tight and people are doing their best to social distance and stay safe I would expect better from a company that is willing to take money but not willing to accept responsibility for their mistakes.

I have a saltwater tank up and running for a year. My wife decided to surprise me with a anemone. When I came home I couldnt believe my eyes. It was pure white. I asked my wife the color of it when she bought it she said white. Petco sold my wife a bleached anemone which when they bleach themselves they are stressed out and sick. I went back the next day and was given no help. I was told where it bleached itself it must have been my water. What got me really mad was when I walked over to the salt water selection and seen they were selling another bleached anemone at 15 percent off and if you bought the clownfish that was in the same tank you can get 15 percent of the clownfish too. Soooooo it was my water that made the anemone bleach itself when you are selling a bleached one yourself hmmmmm Lol you ain't selling that at a discount to be nice you are selling it to be a snake. Another thing that got me mad was not one question asked to my wife to see if she had any knowledge of what she was purchasing. Ok so after getting no help from Petco I felt really bad for the anemone and didnt want to just kill it knowing it could be potentially harmful to my tank. I tried to save the little guy. Long story short the next morning the anemone was dead and one of my clowns was laying on the sand bed. My water parameters spiked. I lost the clown and the anemone. Thanks petco! Way to care about the pets and your customers. My wife was sold a 30$ anemone that was sick that cost me a 85$ clown. So what was supposed to be a nice surprise cost me a 115$ and the loss of one of my favorites fish. I know I should have just threw the anemone in the trash but I couldnt do that. Life is precious even a anemones life. I wont be back to Petco again. My wife says I should call the Better Business Bureau. I just may do that.

This review is regarding the grooming section of the store. Near my home, this Petco has a great group working in the grooming salon. They love my doggy and treat us respectfully and with a cheery attitude. I sometimes take my pup to a poodle salon, but they are booked up and hard to get in.
The think that Petco does which they do better is that the pricing is about $15 less, but the girls as just as sweet and they do a great job!

Good services and very helpful staff. They advised me some good meds for my pet.
