excellent . First time we were looking at scooters and he was very helpful and informative . We learnt so much information from him. Very professional and friendly. would definitely see him again.

I brought my elderly mother's mobility scooter to this company for repair. I got a call back from a man who painted a very gloomy picture about the state of the scooter battery pack. The batteries were distorted and a battery terminal connection was badly corroded. The power leads had been glued to the batteries which seemed to concern him. He didn't know the make of the scooter and was therefore unsure whether he could get replacement batteries. He estimated it could cost up to £700 to repair. Effectively it was a write off. I came into the shop the following day to collect the scooter and pay the bill for the assessment. My plan was to take it to the tip and arrange to purchase a new scooter for my mother. In the end I decided to have a look at it before scrapping it. After removing the battery casing I could see all the faults that have been mention above. I could also plainly see the battery specification on the side of the battery (12V 12AhH lead acid). A quick search of the internet told me that this was a standard mobility scooter battery suitable for many models. I order a replacement pair for £49.99. I also purchased a pack of terminal connectors from Halfords for £3.99 (to replace the corroded one). I believe the reason for the glued power leads was to ensure they don't come loose from the battery terminals, so I stuck them back down with high strength adhesive tape. The scooter is now back up and running as good as new. It seems to me this was just a cynical plot to write off the scooter so they could sell me a new one.

I initially just went ìn to have a look at the chairs to replace the one I had . Matt was really helpful and let me try all of them . I found the Whitgreave really comfortable as well as giving support . So I decided there and then to order it . I didn’t have to wait long for it to be delivered and I am really pleased with it. Super friendly staff whenever you go in .

My dad needed a power chair to help with walking... went into easy living mobility and so glad we did.... very knowledgeable....very helpful but most of all very patient.... we actually went in a few times to make sure we bought the right chair for him.... excellent service and advice.... much better than buying something online that might not have been suitable.... highly recommend..

Appalling service, would not recommend

Had a chair delivery for my granddad by Macauley and Lawrence. Absolutely fantastic service from them both! They were so beyond lovely and helpful. Highly recommend

Delivery men Lawrence and Macauley were professional, polite and installed my chair without any fuss or problems. Nothing was roo much trouble. I recommend both for delivery men of the year. I have also recommended your company to seveeal friends

Can’t thank Easy Living Mobilty (Brierley Hill) enough for all their help in finding the right power chair for my son at the price he could afford . Matt was amazing. He had the chair sorted and delivered within a week . Andy who delivered the chair for a home demo answered all our questions and adjusted the chair for a comfortable fit. Hired electric wheelchair for long weekend with family, able to join in
with walks,sightseeing, visiting restaurants.
Returning wheelchair noticed walker (ravello) in store John offered use to walk try it out around Lichfield. On returning to store so happy to not walk with stick able to stand-up straight. John had one available in stockroom. John assured me would fit in my Fiat boot & it does very light to lift in to boot. Gained independence able to go out, bag on front of walker makes shopping easier. Can't Thank John enough. Annie & Jeff

Great experience from start to finish. Excellent service and advice when we visited the shop and when the chairs were delivered, Lawrence and Macauley were great. Very quick, very helpful and even offered to help with our old sofa. Great service all round

Phoned Easy living Mobility today regarding the purchase of an electric wheelchair I spoke to a great bloke called Christian, he was extremely knowledgeable about the product I was interested in and did everything in his power to get me the best deal on my wheelchair.
Had my electric wheelchair delivered today by a lovely man called Lawrence, he was extremely polite, well mannered and helpful explaining how everything worked on my wheelchair right down to the folding and opening. Would definitely buy from here again.
