I took my 92 year old mom to the shop in wellington telford. Ross and Janet went above and beyond to make sure the scooter was suitable for my mom. We tested several options before we found the one we needed. Well done for your patience and understanding. Thank you for an amazing hassle free purchase.
A lovely gentleman delivered the scooter to my mom today.
Lawrence was happy to answer any questions and took time to explain how to use, charge and dismantle the scooter. He adjusted the seat to fit, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Easy living mobility

First rate service from Ross (Store Manager). No hard sell. Gave me plenty of time and was happy for me to go home and think it over. When I returned to make the purchase he was once again friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. No hesitation in recommending this store.

Ross was a great help to me. We'd come in-store to look at folding scooters. After talking with us with regards to use etc we came away with a power chair for me. I was able to test it first inside and out. I'm very happy with it. Thankyou Ross 👍

We visited Easy living in Telford on Monday to look at Mobilty Scooters. After only being there 5 minutes Ross asked if Dad had any other walking aids apart from his sticks, which he didnt. Whilst Dad tried a few scooters you could see that he wasnt sure he wanted to make that step. Ross asked him to try his light weight Rolator walking Aid, just to see if that helped his walking. He was off! We stood there open mouthed as to how well he was able to move around the shop, even had to tell him to slow down. He loved it, he said he felt so much safer and was pleased that he could walk with a lot less pain. "SOLD ! He said, that will do me for now before I feel ready to have a scooter"
We can't thank Ross enough for the helping our dad and I'm sure we will be back when Dads ready
The Carbon fibre Rollator walking aid is only 4.8kg, very easy to fold and pop into your boot and nothing like the metal ones you usually see in nursing homes and hospitals.

The member of staff we spoke to was incredibly helpful and informative.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this echoes what some others have said, so I'm adding my version.
Sales: 10/10
Aftersales/Support: 0/10
The sales guy Christian, was wonderful. Helpful, knowledgeable and gave good advice leading up to the purchase of a wheelchair for my wife who has MS.
The chair was delivered promptly on a sort of trial or return basis, but paid for in full.
Assembly was straightforward although there was no manual supplied or any instructions.
Unfortunately though, one of the tyres was flat.
I immediately emailed Easy Living to point this out, but never received any reply.
I gave the company the benefit of the doubt though, inflated the tyre and we took the chair for a test ride. All was fine, but the next day the tyre was flat again.
So either faulty tyre had been fitted or it had been damaged on assembly.
I found a number for Easy Living Mobility and called the after sales team. As there was no reply, I requested a callback. They called back.
The situation was explained and the suggestion was made to try Halfords for a puncture repair.
I found this unacceptable as it was not a puncture we had caused, but rather it was faulty on arrival. I also did not know where my nearest Halfords was, living in the back of beyond in North Wales. The lady on the phone asked where I lived and she said they have a guy nearby who would call me. They didn't.
I rang back the next day and was promised a call before 5pm that evening. There was no call.
I have now been to Halfords and purchased a replacement inner tube and have repaired the puncture. That's a week ago and I've still had no contact from Easy Living.
I feel fortunate that this was an easy fix I did myself. I hate to think how I would have got on if the chair had not been suitable and I wanted to return it. I'm also glad I hadn't bought anything electronic or motorised and needed a fix.
These goods are supplied to disabled and elderly people. Customer service should reflect that and be particularly helpful.
Quite honestly I have been appalled and deeply disappointed in this company and will not be using them again. I would be wary of buying anything, particularly anything mechanical from these people.

30/07/2026 Update:
I have been contacted by Easy Living Mobility and had a nice conversation with Alice and also have received either a partial refund on the wheelchair or a reimbursement of expenses. It was too high a sum for the latter, so is really a goodwill gesture which is appreciated.
So does this change my opinion?
Well I shall add another category to my marking system:
Sales: 10/10
After Sales Support: 0/10
Complaint Handling/Damage Limitation: 10/10
I still maintain that service to disabled and elderly persons should be exemplary from the outset. I was lucky in being able to deal with a repair myself as an able carer. Someone immobile, relying on the supplied equipment to live and get around would be stuck. It still took a bad trustpilot review to see the matter resolved.

I lost a clip on my wheelchair so contacted customer care team ,
They were so helpful and found the replacement part ,which is now on its way to me . An experience of customer care you don't see much of lately ,very happy with their service .

It was time for me to get in upgrade of mobility scooter from a 4mph to a road worthy 8mph scooter, with my wife’s recommendation we went into the Newcastle-Under-Lyne branch where we was greeted by Gina. I saw the scooter I wanted and wanted to buy it there and then, there was no hassle or bartering on trade in values for my old scooter, the offer presented was what I already had in my mind so she met all my expectations. I was pleased with the service provided for the new scooter. I will definitely be shopping here again thanks to Gina

Excellent seamless service from start to finish. Jessie was a very knowledgeable member of staff. She was extremely helpful and able to guide us through purchase of an airline friendly wheelchair. Also a very fast delivery. Would highly recommend this firm.

Such a wonderful trusted company. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of buying a mobility scooter to use this company . They are so understanding and go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can . I ordered a mobility scooter which wasn’t quite right for me as this was the very first time In purchasing. On my phone call to Jessie in customer service I was treated so kindly and what was so outstanding was nothing was too much trouble and Jessie wanted to make sure I felt supported and arrange the very next day an different scooter to be delivered. This is more than customer service this is a very special caring company that truly cares for its customers.

Lawrence came in with the Scooter and explained how everything works he was extremely helpful

Phoned this morning spoke to a person called Alice was told exactly what I was purchasing for the fantastic price now the next stage is waiting for my delivery happy days.

Matt was really helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about the equipment. He helped my dad choose the right walker for what he needed. Definitely be going back. Thank you.

Lawrence was really helpful and ensured that we understood how everything worked. He also helped to ensure that chair would fit into car and ensured that it would be secure whilst driving. Excellent service from all members of staff who dealt with us. Would highly recommend using Easy Mobility

VERY HELPFUL STAFF,NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE,EVEN HAD MY MOBITY SCOOTER DELIVERED TO MY BUNGALOW WITH A VERY NICE ENGINEER WHO TALK ME THROUH ALL THE QUESTION & ANSWER DETAILS OF MY SCOOTER. VERY VERY HELPFUL.

Very quick delivery. Lawrence and Macauley were very polite and helpful. Offered to move furniture around for me. Spoke to my nan very nicely and made her feel involved. Good demonstration for use of the chair

Christian Hazeldine was very friendly and helpful in getting what I needed. He followed up numerous times and made sure that I am satisfied with the product I am getting.
I would rate this whole experience a 10/10
