Mixed customer services
I bought the icarbon style powered chair online after talking to an advisor to check information about capabilities. It was marketed as being suitable for inside and for going around town to the shops, exactly what I needed. On arrival, it doesn't work on carpet, or laminate, it can't move over small humps between the flooring types. The foot rest also doesn't work for my legs. I rang and asked to start the return and refund process as it is not performing as advertised. They advised me to try it around town, which I did and then got stranded because it couldn't go up half of the dropped curbs- they have to be 100% flat, but a few centimeters up and it can't make it. They told me the refund team would get in touch, which took several days of me chasing before I got a call to discuss things. They suspect there is a fault with the chair causing some the issues described, but agree that it is not suitable for my needs with regards to the rest. The return and refund process has been started. They have worked hard to resolve the issue since I initially wrote this review and I am happy with that service. I am still unhappy it was sold to me as suitable in the first place and with the delay in starting a return process.
Final update: I have been issued a refund very promptly since the chair has been collected from me. I cannot fault Alice in her efforts to resolve this situation, she has been kind and understanding.

Both in the shop and the delivery guy Lawrence were excellent. I appreciated a non pushy sales approach, being advised that the most suitable mobility scooter for me was in fact a cheaper option.
Lawrence was exceptionally helpful and wanted to be sure I was happy with the the answers to my questions. He helped me see that my portable scissor lift - bought from somewhere else worked and provided very practical solutions to me manoeuvring the scooter into my car. Thankyou Lawrence.

Repair service
The customer service started off ok no issues however repair side of things is shocking. I have been waiting since 3rd of August to get my scooter in for repair to no avail only had it about 5 month. This is due to another company they use to fix my type of scooter. Faulty battery's and wonky seat issues.
Had a lovely lady named Alice on the phone today very apologetic regarding service I have had. Wanted photos of seat issue. Information given regarding battery fault. Now booked in for Tuesday next week so fingers crossed that issues will be resolved.

My family and I have made several visits to Easy Living Mobility in Walsall. We have found Mark a very friendly and knowledgeable manager who goes above and beyond to ensure the item purchased is exactly what is required, and I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of mobility aids.
