Honestly I was expecting another kind of material, I mean for 90 euros (with the shipping payment) I was waiting for something more than a simple Silk material. The board was ok, but on the first time washing the jacket, the thread of a letter has come out.
That’s why I’m giving 3 stars. I think could be better for the price.

Dear Josias, we are sorry to hear that the Action shirt didn't come up to your expectations. Action is an airy unisex chef's shirt, inspired by the world of sports, with an airy and cool effect. The design is minimalistic.
As for the embroidery, we always make sure that the thread is well fastened. We embroider shirts of major international events. However, unexpected results may happen and we apologize for that.

This is the link to your parcel's tracking and all the transactions are recorded by DPD, our logistics provider: https://tracking.dpd.de/status/en_NL/parcel/056060080432782
This is the same link we sent you when we fulfilled your order.
As a matter of fact, you placed your order on September 15th. On September 20th, the parcel reached your address but you couldn’t be located so the parcel was left at the parcel shop and stayed there for 9 days until September 29th. You were notified but no one picked it up.

On September 30th we corresponded with your sister Pia and she informed us that:
“My brother called the shop but they told him that they sent the parcel back - it’s not possible to pick it up.
So.. could you please refund the money to my bank account as soon as the parcel returns?”
The parcel was sent to us after 9 days because you didn't pick it up!
Yes we will definitely refund the money but we still haven't received the parcel. As I write this message, the last record (07.10.2021 16:11) shows clearly that the parcel is still in transit in Poland (open link mentioned above).
Please tell me what we did wrong so that we can serve our customers better in the future!
