I was happy with purchase process and with delivery but I am not happy with exchange of size process. I wanted to exchange it because the size was large and process is not to retirn the goods and than you send different size after you check rhe goods but I need to wait 14 days for refund just to buy it again. So that process is very bad

As indiacted on the tracking page, on June 20th, DHL informed us that it's impossible to deliver your parcel so we sent you an urgent message asking for the correct address. You didn't reply! On June 21st, we sent you a reminder and again you didn't reply. As a result, DHL returned you parcel to us. You can check those details on the tracking page!
We'll refund your payment as soon as we receive the returned parcel at the warehouse.
Please tell us what we did wrong so that we can serve our customers better in the future.
Karlowsky styles
I am picky when it comes to my chef’s coats. I purchased 2 short sleeve Karlowsky jackets, one denim one vintage red. I like the vintage red better because it’s a lighter blend as worth a denim jacket is a bit heavier and a little too hot for me to wear in the kitchen but I own it so that’s the way that it is now however, good customer service is really good. Very good fashionable and quality products. I will purchase some different Karlowsky styles line down the road.
