Dear Riccardo, we are sorry to hear that the size was not correct. You should have contacted us for an exchange. As stated in our return policy: "if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you want to exchange items to other variants, you may return the items to us for refund".
As for the shipping cost, you agreed on the price before you completed your payment. Yes, sending parcels from Europe to Australia is not cheap with DHL Express. In fact, customers pay only a fraction of the cost because we absorb some of the high shipping expenses!!

According to our records the aprons were received the following day. It happens sometimes that parcels are not received the same day.

A few days ago I spoke with a person in charge of your company, I asked for an article that you did not have available at that time and after some steps the person who dealt with me got me the articles. That person told me that the package would take until September due to the high order of the items I wanted, but my surprise was when they arrived a week later!
