Regarding the delivery time, the order was placed with the standard shipping option that you selected at checkout. This is our free shipping method, where transport is carried out by road, which naturally takes longer than express services. For faster delivery, we also offer DHL Express, which significantly reduces transit time.
As for exchanges, our policy is clearly outlined on our website. We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, customers are invited to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product. This ensures faster processing and better availability of sizes and models.

A bit disappointed
I placed the order online and I received an email informing me that the order I made was out of stock and would be available around mid June, they asked me how I wanted to proceed and agreed to wait a few days instead of canceling the order.
The package arrived a little bit earlier than expected which is great, but the kitchen hat I bought were plain, they did nit include the writing of the restaurant I put on the request.
Not too big of a deal, but they had 2 more weeks to work on the order...
Not really satisfied.

Additionally, we noticed that an embroidery request was not added through the proper channel. While only a name (without any details) was included in the order notes, this section is generally used for comments or delivery instructions and does not trigger an embroidery order. To place an embroidery request, we kindly ask customers to provide specific information through our Name Embroidery page, including thread colour, position, and font style. These details, which were not included in your order, help ensure we get everything right and deliver the personal touch you expect.
