Very helpful member of staff with good knowledge of their products. Didn't feel under any pressure to make a purchase (unlike other stores) given plenty of time to think about the best purchase for me. I am awaiting delivery of my suite so I cannot comment on that aspect at this time

Barry was extremely helpful. He took the time to understand my specific requirements and then guided me to suitable sofas that all met my requirements. As trying each sofa meant transferring from a wheelchair, a focused set of sofas to try was really important to me.

I received a substandard display…
I received a substandard display cabinet which was delivered without being unpacked by the delivery team even though I'd paid £69 for delivery. It was top heavy and therfore dangerous.
The cabinet door was badly manufactured and fell to pieces when opened. No apology from Sterling!

We were looking for good drawers for a bedroom and didn't want to pay a fortune. The ones we bought from Sterling was just what we were looking for.
They are nice to look at and a decent size, sturdy enough and as we got them in the sale it was a no brainer..
Very happy with the service from the staff member at Sterling, lots of choices to pick from too.

Excellent in-store advice and service, prompt delivery (and we were kept informed about dates and times) and exceptional delivery service. Paid a little extra for full assembly and removal of all the packaging, but 100% worth it. The guys were excellent, friendly and efficient.

Purchase of a suite
Staff at the store in Uddingston were extremely helpful. I was interested in 2 suites. The staff gave me information on the differences. They were happy for me to take the swatches outside of the store to see them in natural light. Ordered my suite and was advised delivery would be after Christmas. However, I received a call to say it could be delivered mid December. Fortunately decorating had been completed and flooring done so it was great to have it come together with the new suite for Christmas.
Even better if Sterling provided swatches to take home otherwise this would have been a 5 star review

We came away feeling a valued customer. We had been given loads of time to sit and consider our options and if we needed questions answered we found it easy to attract the attention of a member of staff.
