Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! Bought a leather suite within weeks of delivery headrest on a chair was discoloured an agent from Emmiera came and said it was not a fault but wear and tear. Sterling agreed with him and said it was poor maintenance and wear and tear which according to Customer Services starts from minute goods are delivered. We had to get an independent inspection and finally after his report we got suite uplifted and a full refund but took a year. Really annoying factor was no-one from Sterling came to inspect the chair. Will certainly not be recommending Sterling

Assistant Amy was amazing!!
We visited sterling home 3 or 4 times to look at suites. We did really love the 3 seater chesterfields. It was a lovely assistant called Amy Ireland that looked after us each visit. She’s a credit to your store. Extremely helpful. Knowledgeable. Put our mind at rest with information on aftercare if we had any accidents ie spills or rips. We finally settled for 2 x 3 seater brown chesterfield sofas. Thank you Amy!!!

Staff were great very professional would have given the whole experience a 5 star but when I changed the colour of my purchase it was (which was my choice) it was quite a while and a few phone calls and emails from me to the company to ensure this had went through and been completed

Very helpful.
The assistant was very helpful in making our decision. Gave us delivery time which we were kept updated throughout the process.
However our sofas were delivered on the day we were told they would be and the guys called to say they were on there way, they were very respectful off our property and the sofas were delivered safely.They were exactly what we ordered 2.5 and a 2 seater but I have to say I made a mistake with the 2 seater I feel it looks to small and the style I choose makes it look a bit dated for our room.

I bought a small occasional table which I was then told was “in stock”. Despite this, I was told that it had to be delivered and that was an extra £69 thank you very much. To add insult to injury, I was then told what day of the week you are in my area. For that price, I should be able to say what date suits me

Delivered on schedule and with the premium divery my table was erected efficiently in the room of my choice and all packaging taken away. Plenty of communication before delivery too which was a pleasant surprise.
