Wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy
I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole. From the booking experience, too the check in experience, to the needing help during the stay, and to trying to get the deposit back. Terrible service and slow response times from start to finish. Try and call them and there won’t be an answer, email and you may get a reply the same day but more likely the next. I don’t want to write a big novel with all the details cause you would get bored. They reply to you like robots always quoting their T&C’s . Which they don’t follow themselves. Eventually got my £300 Deposit back after 17 days and 2 emails.

We had an amazing stay in the Oxford Jericho apartment. Check in and check out are autonomous and very simple. Apartment was clean and had all necessary appliances and utensils for a comfy stay.

The apartment don't have any elevator.It's very diffucult to carry the luggages.I have a neck and herniated disc problem.It's very important to write the explanation of house.
The keys are a little far from the house.It was very difficult to take the keys with luggages.

Great apartment and perfect location. Clean, comfortable and stylish.
A couple of broken/unusable light switches, untidy cabling behind the TV and a dirty communal staircase are the only things that could be improved but otherwise a great experience staying there with good Check-in/checkout communication
Easy, comfy and pretty
Stayed in Shepherds Bush. Great location, close to the tube and easy to walk around. Very comfortable beds, modern furnishings. Nice and quiet area that is really pretty. Couple of small things could be better. TV did not work, no aerial. Washing machine wasn’t level so tried to escape the cupboard it was in when we used it. Shower/bath was high and would be tricky to get in and out of if you had any mobility issues. Overall these things didn’t impact us too much so it was a really great stay.

I have tried to reach you on phone severally today and no one is answering .
You cannot be playing games with your guests .
This is highly inappropriate, unprofessional,disrespectful, disturbing and fraudulent.
I would like you to know that dealing with you has been a very traumatic experience for myself ,my brother Obinna ,and my children whose holiday you have completely ruined .
I am sure that you are aware that we never spent the night at No.6A Conyers Road .SW16 6LT.
To start with ,the images on the site especially with regards to the entrance to the apartment were not the same.We let that pass.Your unkempt lawn ,we decided to overlook .
On arrival , I was kept outside unattended to for two hours while you continued with your delay tactics.
All complaints were never attended to and you made sure you collected every dime from us before we realized it was all a game.
You may wish to follow the Mail trail.We were never informed that the property was for sale and that there would be viewings until you had collected all our money .Neither did you inform us that the television was not working .
The issues with the wifi , the tv and the basement were never addressed or resolved .
In as much as we met all the humiliating requests you made while we were doing the booking such as asking us to hold our passport and take selfies, as ridiculous as it sounded we complied .However you never deemed it necessary to make us feel comfortable or welcomed.As a result we had to leave the same day for another place .
You told us an engineer would come and fix the wifi and an extension would be provided for the TV. We returned two days later and nothing had changed and even after several calls you did nothing .
You can check yourself .We never stayed there as we were even worried about our safety especially as we could not even make a decent call within the property as a result of the poor network and no wifi.
We were never told that there was a broken bath tub and the rooms had a peculiar smell.
It is totally inappropriate for a man with his own keys to walk into an apartment that was paid for with another man where there are two ladies in the same space .We could have been half naked .
We have not stayed at your property and do not wish to stay there .Your attitude towards your customers is not acceptable.
We may be tourists but we know our rights and this is not our first time in the UK and we are very familiar with this City .
We ask that you make a full refund to avoid any further action that we may have to take against your company .
You all are pathetic.

Staying at this Airbnb property was an absolute delight! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and grateful for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
I'm currently in a StayBeyond property…
I'm currently in a StayBeyond property in Victoria Park. Upon arrival I reported the washing machine and refrigerator as inoperable, a security issue with a broken gate that allowed ready access and trash and food laying around on the side of the building.
Three days later and the gate has been fixed but the trash remains and no date or time has been provided for the repair and/or replacement of the washing machine and refrigerator.
I learned that StayBeyond was aware of the broken fridge and washing machine at least 3 days prior to my check-in and yet they neither warned me nor corrected the situation. I have spent multiple hours on hold and sending emails but no action is taken.

Great disappointment at StayBeyond Bristol Broadmead Forest
This platform StayBeyond.com is a disgrace ! We booked for a week at Bristol Broadmead Forrest in June. We phoned at least twice (to Thierry, Riani), sent emails, to complain on the state of dirtiness of the apartment, in particular the kitchen and the bathroom. Contrary to what is stated in StayBeyond site: no “hotel-quality cleaning”, no “stress free trip”, no response other than “we are sorry, nothing the cleaners can do”, so ? what did StayBeyond do about it ? NOTHING What were we complaining about? Kitchen and Lounge: Rusty and dirty pots and pans (unusable), Dirty oven, Dirty bins (with rotten foodstuff), Broken coffee pot, Broken chair, Dirt behind the couch Bathroom: toilet blocked (we had to unblock it and clean it ourselves), shower drain clogged with hairs (we had to remove them and clean ourselves). We asked for cleaning to done and for replacement of kitchen utensils. Nobody came, neither the cleaners, nor a StayBeyond representative. No offer for compensation, having no other choice, we had to stay there for the duration of our stay. We are still waiting for the return of our deposit. Photos and copies of emails are available as evidence. Due to the health issue and COVID risk, we will contact HSE.

Terrible company, terrible service
Unfortunately this company is just terrible. I have been waiting for 3 months for a refund due to some pretty big issues with my stay (see other review below), including some fraudulent/dishonest items in the listing. Please never stay with them, you will regret it. They seem pleasant enough at first, but in the end will pass you back and forth between 10 different staff people, none of whom will finish what they promised.
Fraud company, untrustworthy and never refund security deposit
They mentioned there is dishwasher in the property but it is not. Fraud amenities description.
Moreover, they have promised to refund £300 security deposit after check-out but it has never happened over a week.
