From the floor plan to the layout of the equipments to the location of the property, everything was perfect and the staffs were polite and endowed.

We stayed in a StayBeyond home during a business trip and everything was so easy. The house is central, clean and it has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were smooth so it was communication. I will keep you in mind for my next London trip 100%

We stayed in their Holland Park Property for 4 nights where we had no hot water for the duration of the trip and the water pressure in the shower was so low that it was impossible to even have a cold shower. After reporting to the Stay Beyond team and having the maintenance team visit the property (almost 14 hours after we reported it), we heard no update on whether they could fix the hot water. 3 weeks since the trip and the customer service team have provided no update on our stay and whether we can receive a partial refund which was discussed over the phone.

Staybeyond team is very professional. We stayed in one of their London premises. I will definetely prefer Stay Beyond for all my business and holiday trips.

Everything ok, annoying verification process but once done everything was good.

Everything went well. The home was well locatedand nicely decorated. Only thing to improve: self-check in, we had to download an app and open the door with our phone. But I understand it can be good for people arriving late at night.

We had a great stay in Oxford. Everything went smoothly, got check-in instructions 2 days before arrival, and the only time I had to contact the team, I got an answer right away. I was a bit surprised at first when I found it was a company and not the host themselves, but all went very smoothly.

I wouldn't use this Company again EVER. Very run down let in Cambridge with real safety concerns (smell of gas and smell of overheating cables upstairs in bedrooms). Have been fobbed off for WEEKS with their customer services. Seriously AVOID at ALL costs.

The manner in which you accused us of not returning the keys to the safety deposit box, leaving us in a state of unnecessary anxiety, and not even having the decency to inform us when they were found is disgusting. Then falling to write a review when we we left you a wonderful one and cleaned the place so that it looked better when we left than when we arrived, was just a kick in the teeth. I've chased you for three months and just been fobbed off at every turn.

We have arrived from South Africa for a 10 day holiday. On arrival we reported the oven door was broken, there is a light bulb in the bedroom that won’t turn off and the washing machine that was advertised that comes with the flat is non existent. I have sent daily mails requesting assistance and all I get is we sincerely apologize for your inconvenience, we will get back to you… we have 4 days left of our stay, interrupted sleep due to a light in the bedroom and we are £120 down in washing costs… I am not a happy customer

The place is spacious and spotlessly clean with a low price. I will definitely come back and stay again in the future. The host is responsive and friendly.

It is a brand new and absolutely beautifully designed show house , with gorgeous interior decoration and top quality accessories. Loved the underfloor heating in all bathrooms, soft carpets and beautiful bed linens in the bedrooms. Very classy - excellent location just behind Kings Road Chelsea . AND a beautiful large private garden & terrace !

My experience in this house has been nothing short of incredible. I was unsure at the start as I haven’t stayed at anything other than a hotel but this house was fantastic. The service team when called always answer very quickly and are always helpful. The house is clean and the rooms are spacious. If you are planning on staying in oxford for a while i highly recommend the house.

SERIOUSLY, DO NOT BOOK A PROPERTY MANAGED BY STAYBEYOND.

First, the property was advertised as a five bedroom house AND IT WAS NOT. One room has a sofa in it, and they counted it as a bedroom. While we were in the house, two of the remaining four bedrooms were not useable. One bed was broken. The other bed was soaked because the window was left open in the bedroom. We tried to move one mattress to the other bed that was supposed to be the same size, only to discover that they were in fact NOT the same size. StayBeyond’s solution was to bring an air bed FOUR days into the stay, but they didn’t remove either of the existing inoperable beds, so there was literally no place to put the air bed. So, for the duration of our stay, the property was ostensibly a two bedroom house instead of a five bedroom house.

Second, the property was filthy. When we were examining the beds, we found a used condom wrapper, dirty Kleenex, and bottles containing mystery substances under the beds and in corners. Bathrooms were not clean !!! Toilets were disgusting and stray hair on pillows and linens. We had to hand wash all plates, glasses, and cutlery because they had food remnants on them, and the dishwasher did not clean the dishes (obviously needs to be serviced). House smelled of mold, likely from prior leaks (which appear to have been temporarily, haphazardly repaired with black tape) under the sinks.

The cleanliness issue was particularly infuriating because StayBeyond called me two hours before check-in to let me know the cleaners would not be finished for check-in. I was promised a follow-up call within the hour to confirm when the home would be available, which never came. We walked to the house around 330 PM, only to discover the cleaners were still in. The cleaners asked for 2 more hours; we told them we would come back in 3 hours. At 630 PM, the house still was not ready. We stayed at the property until the cleaners claimed they were “done”; at 8 PM, they went on their way, and the house was still not clean (as noted above).

Third, there were obvious plumbing and electrical issues in the house. Lights flicker incessantly, and a bathroom sink was clogged. The master bathtub would not hold water. The tub and sink were corrected on Day 4 of our stay after many calls to StayBeyond. As noted above, there are obvious leaks that have been “patched” with mounds of black tape visible under the sink.

In short, StayBeyond wholly mismanaged and mis-advertised the property. I have never had such a negative experience with a short term let and wholly suggest that you NOT book any property managed by StayBeyond.

Accomodation was beautiful, stylish and very clean, close to town with great transport links.

Amazing location, very neatly set apartment, very smooth check in, every essential item included. Very good space. I can't think of a negative comment!
