Arrived a little bit before time of departure and was not able to receive compensation tickets for a latter time so instead it was a waste of money

Well maintained, knowledgable staff, and clean facilities.

Had pedestal tickets for 10am.
Got there a little before went through security and were 5 feet from getting there. At that time they closed down the statue. Which I understand.
45 minutes later it opened and we were told to go to the end of the line which was over an hour wait. Why wouldn’t we be given priority since we were already there ? By the time the line opened at 1145 we didn’t have over an hour to wait . Never got to the pedestal very disappointing

Grat experience for the first time ever visiting New York.

The ferry was always on time and the crew were so nice and helpful. The day started rainy but that didn’t ruin our plans at all! We really had an amazing day!

The guide had poor spoken English or a very heavy accent and was difficult to understand. The tour was supposed to be 4 hours. The guide was late to the meet up so we didn’t leave until around 10:00. The instructions said to be 30 minutes early. With the ride and visit to the Statue of Liberty it came to a total of maybe an hour. Then we were shuttled onto a boat that was over full with now near enough seats to go to Ellis island. Once at Ellis Island he basically said we are on our own and that the boat leaves in 20 minutes. My husband and I went and got an ice cream. We learned more about the island from a tour guide from another company while eating our ice cream. I would not recommend this tour. Just buy a ticket at on site and use the audio tour.

This is a scam. When getting to the actual tour I found out that I actually paid double the price of a ticket. Even the military price was double. That was insane. There should be an investigation into fraud and theft. This site should be shutdown.

Hello, I booked a ticket for 3 pax and the payment was successfully charged to my account. However, I never received a booking confirmation or QR code, either by email or in my account.
Because I had no QR code or confirmation and was unable to use the booking, my friend had to make another booking for the same trip. As a result, I ended up paying twice and lost money due to an issue with the original booking.

I would like to request a full refund for the first booking. Please investigate the payment and booking record and confirm the status of my refund.

I also tried contacting customer service by phone, but unfortunately the agent named Alex was rude and did not explain the situation properly. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed by someone who can properly assist me.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

It was fine. The boat was super hot inside!

First of all you charged double the price of a single regular ticket which normally costs $26 and you charged $45 for nothing more.
Second I waited more than 30 minutes to receive the e tickets and then I had to stand in line to check the tickets at the City Cruise booth inside the Clinton Castle to get my tickets.
You are a big scammer and someone should sue you. Will never buy tickets from this website again BIG SCAMMER

I was price gouged by your deceptive advertising charging me 84% more for the actual cost of ticket for no extra value whatsoever. Your website didn't mention at any time that you were a reseller and not an official website.

Wonderful day and experience

Guide was nice but unintelligible, very difficult to understand with his thick accent, and not very informative. All members of the family agreed. At a certain point we left the “tour”. It was unnecessary to pay additional for this “skip the line” tour.

The ships were available and on time. The crew was very helpful. It was easy to access the statue of liberty and Ellis island.

I live in CT and for 40 years I’ve always wanted to visit and never made the time. I am very surprised with what an amazing experience it was. Pretty clean, going to the pedestal was easy and secure the only two problems I encountered was going into the park, a sales person kept harassing my partner and I to show the ticket we purchased and wouldn’t let us into the park, and the other was the check point to get into the boat. There was a very rude lady guard that wouldn’t let us pass even though our bags had passed and caused a big hold up and then allowed others to pass and kept screaming at us to not pass and stand in back of the yellow line. Other than that I love the lady liberty and the museum . My dream came true

Lost our booking so it took ages to sort. No complaint about the agent wr dealt with she was really helpful but the affiliate link through whom we booked seemed to be the problem. Our guide was brilliant and gets 5 stars himself.
