Both pick-up and drop-off at JFK was very smooth and easy. The car was in excellent condition. I booked the "mystery" car and got a very good value for money rental. Happy to recommend AutoRentals to make bookings because the process was easy. There was a discrepancy with the rental dates and the customer service was ready to help.

I booked a rental for pickup at San Juan Puerto Rico at the terminal. I specifically was looking for terminal rental. One choice was zezgo which reservation stated “in Terminal” HOWEVER, it was not. We had to call zezgo and someone came in a van ( not even a marked company name on it) to pick us up. Reservation provided Nissan kicks or better. My party had 2 large men both over 6 feet and no one asked if we wanted a car upgrade. I was already angry about it not being in Airport Terminal, that I wasn’t thinking we would not fit comfortably. When we all realized we were already at our destination. We called but there were no close offices where we were. We literally had to go back to where we rented it 2 hours away. So we had to keep the car for 7 days. Please people call the rental place where you’ll be picking up the car to make sure your pickup location is the one you want. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

This company operates like a complete scam. Do not book with them under any circumstances. They will pressure you into purchasing their insurance even if you already carry full coverage. They also force you to take their EZ Pass toll program whether you need it or not. On top of that, they place an outrageous security deposit—around $2,500—on your credit card, something I have never experienced with any other rental company.
The staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, and show zero respect toward customers. Their attitudes are unacceptable, and the entire experience feels predatory and dishonest.
Avoid this company at all costs. Do not reserve a car with them.

Booked for a family vacation in Italy and the process was seemless on the website. I was able to add on the insurance coverage and extra drivers I wanted during the booking process, which allowed me to decrease my time at the counter, no wait picking up the car. What was estimated is what I paid.

Booked a car online through this company for pickup from ROUTES car rental in Tampa, Florida. The email receipt I received stated TOTAL ESTIMATED CHARGES OF $66.39! The total rental bill ended up being over $400.00 plus a $100.00 security deposit! These charges were additional taxes, service charges, and mandatory insurance (I explained that insurance was covered under my credit card, and that I also had coverage through my personal vehicle insurance! I was told that was NOT acceptable, unless I had written validation of coverage that they approved! Was also informed that rental vehicles were not allowed to leave the state!) I have rented vehicles on numerous occasions and have NEVER run into this problem before! I consider it lesson learned, and will NEVER deal with AUTORENTALS.COM or RENTAL CAR CONSOLIDATION of TAMPA ever again!

This company is a fraud if you read this before trying to book a car, just be care full no good do not even get free rental from them cheater cheater cheater they tell you total price and charge you double they should not in business instead of giving senior discount they charge more for senior i am not looking for discount but they was charging $14 more per day because i was 72 year old they say senior pay more i have 40 years driving record without any tickets or violation they charge 20 $ charge for insurance very fiction charge even i submit my information and when i start argument about $150 over charge with them they hang up phone bed bed service i never never rent again from this company stay away

Un sistema architettato per spennare i turisti . Abbiamo saputo chi fosse il noleggiatore solo dopo aver chiamato l’assistenza una volta arrivati in aeroporto a Heraklion. Giunti al ritiro ci sono stati problemi per pagare con la nostra debit card e quindi abbiamo dovuto sborsare una cifra raddoppiata rispetto a quanto prenotato più la cauzione .

Non lo consiglio a nessuno e non lo userò mai più .

I made a reservation with them on July 13, 2025, for a Hertz rental car. I called Hertz to confirm my reservation. Hertz told me no such reservation existed. These individuals are a scam; be cautious. Book directly with the rental company

I always used Autorentals.com for my rentals worldwide. My bad experiences are usually with the car companies and have nothing to do with Autorentals.com. In a recent Tampa Florida rental, Autorentals.com diligently followed up on a horrible experience I had with Routes Car Rental and One Switch Car Rental. I did not request the assistance or intervention of Autorentals.com, but simply responded truthfully to the survey they sent after my rental. I appreciate their interest in a satisfied customer.

Shame I can’t give 0 stars!!

Waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle to turn up at Orlando airport to take us to the hire place. Driver than drove like a lunatic! (We had small children on board including a 5 month baby). When we then arrived at reception we had to wait nearly 1 hour to get spoken to! Our car hire price was approx $450 we was told on receipt of booking. When we then spoke to the rude receptionist she informed us we needed to pay either standard insurance of the upgraded one. Standard was an extra $800 and upgraded was $1200 which then brought our car hire up to $1650. Ended up walking out and got a taxi to the hotel! Not ideal when we had trips booked whilst on holiday which we then couldn’t go on and lost our money. Not happy in the slightest

This company is a fraud if you read this before trying to book a car, just don’t do it. There are no cars I don’t know what game they are playing at. We were lucky the Airbnb my partner stayed at had a car for him. He drive to the airport that day saying they had no idea about the booking they use the name of car rental company’s to trick you. For me it was hertz. Their site should be shut down.

I booked a car in Miami airport and they confirmed giving me a company name that does not exist Champ rent a car, no answer on the phone number they gave me. I had to take a cab to address that was on confirmation email to have a desk agent tell me they didn’t know Champ. Total after 2 hours of emailing (no way to contact autorentals by phone), they finally said that my reservation was cancelled because I didn’t show up!!! Result they ruined my December vacation 🥵 so far they haven’t refunded my downpayment
They are not serious, so I will definitely avoid them

Never had worst service before!
We couldnt be at 9 am due to an overbooked flight and the manager of Next Green (one switch) didn't give me the auto i booked for 3 days. I called an agent of autorental and he said he coulant help me. Froud froud that's what you do!

You left me with son in a country not mine!

Fully positive experience, no bad surprises, competitive price. Only one requirement to fully benefit from Autorental: speak English.
Excellente expérience, aucune "mauvaise surprise", le prix est compétitif. Attention, pour profiter pleinement des services Autorental, il est nécessaire de parler anglais.

Mara and her colleague, Michele at the HERTZ rental desk in Reggio Calabria were really good and helpful with our booking on both pick up and return, even taking us to the airport after returning the car.

I have been a little disappointed when I been told that car rental be impossible without an additional insurance. Initially I booked car with no needing any insurance as I always do. Do I miss any T&C?

Mr. Jonathan House at Enterprise Faiburn Ga made returning my renter very smooth. He explained everything so it was easy understood. He has excellent customer service skills for a young man. He's a person that every business would love to have.

I was able to collect my car without any problems. The only additional charge was a tax for about $40.00.
