I made a last minute order and needed to the tiles to arrive quickly, Kam was really kind and went above and beyond to help me.
I also had a problem on line due to my card and again the customer service was excellent. An invoice was sent rapidly and I was able to pay by BACS.

Great Experience
Patrycja helped alot with selecting the right tiles and also giving guidance on the best option for our required timelines. They also helped fulfil our request of bookmatching as much as possible. For the delivery service Ryan was exceptional and helped us unload and move the tiles into our apartment, working with the team on site.

Very happy with my purchase and delivery from starel stones......
Very happy with my purchase from starel stones. Recieved my order today and as deliveries go the driver/delivery man Ryan was absolutely brilliant, he was so helpful in getting my order so close to my front door which wasnt easy due to my gravel drive, but he did an excellent job and made it look easy. Super friendly and in my opinion went above and beyond. My confidence with delivery drivers had been very shaken due to the amount of bad experiences I've had with them. Ryan certainly has restored some faith. I'm very happy with my purchase from starel stones and recommend them to all.
