Svar fra Starel Stones
Hello Laura,
We take customer feedback seriously, however, we cannot accept allegations made in this review.
We have responded to your correspondence and have reviewed your concerns with our Management and IT team. We have confirmed that there has been no change to the quantity information for the product you purchased, and we have yet to receive any evidence showing that our website stated five boxes we required for the Leaf Mosaic.
Your original concern was that you had purchased more tiles than required. After we explained our Terms and Conditions regarding partial refunds, you subsequently changed your position to allege that this was due to an error on our website. We have found no evidence to support this.
We remain available to deal with genuine queries directly, but we do not consider repeated reviews regarding the same matter to be an appropriate way to resolve a customer query.
Kind Regards
Starel Team

Shocking customer service, emailed several times with no reply for months now about returns, finally get a reply and now stating it’s out of the returns window when they were the ones not replying. Now won’t answer my emails again. Will have to look to take legal action to reclaim my money.
