Not worth the $124.60 plus another…
Not worth the $124.60 plus another $14.95, the Frame is cheap. I can't see which star is my son's star. I can locate on the computer, but not on the picture. I paid extra for shining star; I paid another 14.99 just to locate his star online.

Regarding the frame, our frames are designed to be lightweight and shatter-resistant for shipping, which is why they use protective plastic rather than glass. We understand that this can feel disappointing if you expected a more premium finish.
As for locating the star: the online map and the printed star chart can look different, and depending on zoom level and orientation it may not be immediately clear which point is your registered star. Please make sure the registration number is entered correctly, and if you’re still unable to identify it on the chart, our customer service team can guide you step by step.
About the “shining star” option: it refers to the star’s brightness category, but visibility can still depend on factors like your location, time of year, and light pollution. We understand how frustrating it is when the difference isn’t as noticeable as expected.

I made a star in 2023 and requested a copy of the certified print after using the contact option on the website. The customer service was phenomenal! I was provided a link to purchase the copy and it arrived quickly. Not only did the print arrive, it was in a protective folder along with an authenticity card and other materials. I am beyond happy!

Amazing
Amazing. Really easy process and you have the app to track your star as well. I had a miscarriage over 2 years ago and (call me crazy) but I believe my baby boy is a star in the sky, so I named one after him and it’s so beautifully done. It wasn’t the cheapest, but it was worth it.

Great Product! I bought it to surprise my boyfriend. As star gazers, it was the perfect gift to have a star named after us and our commitment to each other. They gave everything they promised in the package. I could definitely do this for the birth of my children.

Stars were printed very dull even when you pay extra
The packaging and all was nice and professional and formal. I selected the package to pay the most to use the stars being named to appear super bright. They super didn’t. Looked like I selected the package that would have saved me money and looked the same.

What a great company
What a great company , i made a mistake with my order originally and misspelled the name , they rectified it immediately with no fuss , i purchased the star for my mother in law that is now in final stages of cancer and she was over the moon with the star that she now calls "her star" and is convinced that is where she will go when she leaves us, i wanted to show my mother in law the star with her own eyes and wasn't sure how to do it , so i contacted the company again a year later for help , they were back to me the same day with clear instructions on how to view our star , cannot recommend these guys enough 10 stars

Overpriced a difficult website and confusing gift packages- I paid the extra to have it put into a frame professionally and it came in a cardboard slip which looks stupid like something from an office at work!!!

A lovely gift to give, I researched between a lot of different company’s and so glad I went with you.
Beautifully put together in the pack which was a really good quality.
