I love the ability to honor a beloved friend or family member with a star. I wish two things, that it was easier to choose a specific star so two family members are next to each other, like in the Big Dipper, for instance. And that your Chat function connected to a human rather than an AI Bot. But altogether I love this.

Inaccurate information considering purchase. I was lead to believe I would be receiving documents in the mail with my purchase. After the purchase and only because I checked my email did it say they were only download able. I would have liked my paper documents in the mail with the seal on them.

I wanted to have a star named after my youngest son who passed away recently, the whole process was straightforward and easy to follow and being able to have a copy of the certificate sent to me by email meant that I could print off copies and frame them up for my other children as a keepsake of their brother.

This made a very meaningful uplifting gift for a Celebration of Life. I appreciated all the options to customize and the ability to order extra copies of the certificate material. It was tasteful and the packages were professional. Delivery was fast. The only suggestion I have is for the Starfinder App on the phone to have better help instructions for how to find the star in the 360 mode.

My delivery was late and upon arrival it was also damaged. This was a Mother’s Day 6-10-26 gift that went horribly wrong unfortunately. Here we are now 6-21-26 and I’m expected to receive a new one hopefully it comes in not damaged again. I paid extra for express shipping not sure I got that at all considering the whole situation and I feel I deserve some kind of reimbursement.

Gave this as a Mother's Day gift. Our mom absolutely loved it! It was easy to make upgrades and easy to order. The physical documents that arrived were very well made, my mother can't wait to hang it up! Very special gift.

Being from the older generation I found the process fine although the additional items seemed to increase the cost to more than I was originally going to spend but that’s the way these days. Efficient service and pleased with everything.

This is just such a novel idea ... and a really personal one at the same time. Who wouldn't want to know that there's a star out there named for them? The purchase and shopping experience was awesome. The customer service wonderful (I asked a question that was immediately answered and explained by a friendly person!) Anyway, I will be back :)

the pricing was a little bit misleading however purchased as a gift for a friend whom had lost a loved one .A beautiful packaged delivered was a bit late but this was down to the courier not the company .A visible star is a fantastic idea and reduced my friend to tears but in a comforting way . I would highly recommend as the digital copy can be printed and given to other family members as a long lasting memory of the person whom has passed and comforting to be able to view the star they have been named after .thank you

My mother has recently been diagnosed with Dementia. I thought this would be a way for us all to still see her. I'm very pleased with the way this turned out!
