Effective and efficient remote support
I use Splashtop to help my clients and family members sort out computer glitches. It means I don't have to spend time going to them if it's just a simple thing to sort out, so my time is used effectively and they get the problem sorted efficiently.

Splashtop has enabled me to travel the world while still servicing my clients as if I was next door.
I do remote support for my clients. I am a traveler and therefore I can be located in ANY country, and as long as I have internet access I can connect easily to their computer with their permission. I also have a business server set up for unattended access in the USA, which I can also access at my leisure from anywhere. Splashtop has enabled me to be mobile with absolutely no setup or connection issues. It is completely trouble free even when my clients have poor internet. I only wish it was a little less expensive.

Not relaible or really usable.
It works fine for a while then it gets blurry and impossible to view. I have Ultra High speed connection and I chek speeds both mine and the host PC and noting wromg with the speeds.

Splashtop is an awesome program if you're in the computer business and need to remotely access your customer's computer. I've been using it for several years and can't tell you how much time it's saved me from driving to a customer's house.

Overall, I think it's great.
Overall, the remote connection capabilities are great. There are some shortcomings that I can't resolve like the antivirus licensing and policy management and the ability to run reports.

Convenient and easy to use. Has the features we need and doesn't break the bank. We switched from Logmein to Splashtop several years ago.
