Subscription cancled but Splashtop keep on charging my C.C.
Had a subscription for couple of years. We have cancled the subscription and yet, SplashTop is keeping attempting to charge my credit card multiple times, every time different amount so I can not block them.

Beware of Splashtop personal
Beware of Splashtop personal. It is purely a bait and switch play. Even though they charge you for it, almost every feature or setting beyond the very most basic settings requires an upgrade to the expensive business edition.

It's buggy crap
It's buggy, laggy, the keyboard settings don't stick. Right now it has brought up a small Windows resize pull down, that will not go away. I can't do any work.
This sort of thing happens at least twice a day

You doubled my price in one day!
You doubled my price in one day, as my card on file was compromised and therefore shut down. When I got your email and tried to renew, my pricing plan had doubled in price. Your support person that I contacted couldn't have cared any less!
I immediately switched to another product.
Very poor business model on Splashtop's part. I'm gone and won't return to your service, even though it is a better product, but not that much better.

Just works.
I worked for a company that relied on security, they used Splashtop. So doing my sidehustle and construction business I also use Splashtop to support remote computers. No hassle at all, just works.
