Splashtop’s Customer Service is Top-Notch!
I recently had a great experience with Splashtop’s customer service team. I accidentally forgot to turn off the automatic renewal for my yearly subscription, and I was charged for another year. I reached out to their support team and explained the situation. They were incredibly understanding and helpful, and they promptly refunded the amount without any hassle.
I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled my request. It’s rare to find such responsive and considerate customer support these days. Great Product for remote access.
Been using Splashtop daily for a few years to manage my household and family's computers. I only have positive things to say. I've opened a few tickets in that time and gotten quick responses. One of the few yearly subscriptions that I don't even think twice about renewing every year.

Works well, but could be better
We started using Splashtop when GoToMyPC were taken over and massively increased their prices.
The one thing I'd appreciate is a warning message when you inadvertently click the wrong little x and close down Splashtop instead of the program running on the host computer.
