Frustrating issues with RMM integrations 5 years and still not fixed!..
I found splashtop off the back of using Atera.
Quite liked splashtop so got 100 seats direct with splashtop for users to use and this is where it went south very quickly as the agents the same one.
And they conflict like hell.
In addition to this there is issues around licences that using the two together causes which after 5 years are still not fixed.
So if you are using the splashtop business for customer access you cannot then use atera splashtop.
I have to get the user to start an sos session then we can both use the system together.
You'll end up forgetting they conflict and break each other and then no remote access for you.
In this case you have to use the sos agent to give you access before you dare and try and use both products (that you pay for) on the same machine at the same time.
And this is an issue that's existed for half a decade without being addresses.
I guess this is why atera has other remote tools now.

Perfect for children helping their parents
I use this to see what trouble my 94 year old mom has gotten into and to help her get where she's going on her mac and ipad. This tool worked better than others I tried. The only issue is that the timeout is set for 20 minutes, but there is a way to change it to be a little longer.

Splashtop has been saving me time.
I switched to Splashtop from LogMeIn to save money initially. However, since I first started using it, Splashtop has been saving me time not just with remote access to help users, but also by allowing me to create alerts. I have alerts set up that notify me of issues with PCs before any of my users let me know. This allows me to address issues before they become a larger problem. This helps prevent disruptions and allows our users to stay focused on their job. This is just one thing that Splashtop has helped me with. I highly recommend this program!

Overall it's a good and cost-effective program. The only nagging issue as it doesn't automatically go through a reboot you have to log back in again all over.
