Very Good Remote Program
During the time that I used Splashtop, I found the program very easy and great to work with. If I had any issues or questions, the staff were quick with answers and always ready to help. It is a great program to use if you need to work from home and be linked to your office computer.

Screen flickering
Did not fix the problem it is not possible to work the screen keeps flickering.
I upgraded to hier service thinking it will fixe the issue but it is not, thinking find other company.

Reliable tech with a micro business friendly price point. Others provide more bells and whistles than I need to service my remote bookkeeping clients at price points that are far too high. Thank you for staying affordable. A good value is hard to come by these days.
