Zuverlässiges Tool und rasend schnell
Zuverlässiges Tool wenn man sich auf einen anderen PC, oder Mobilgerät, connecten will. Splashtop hat viele Features, von denen andere nur träumen und ist immer Verfügbar und die Verbindungen sind rasend schnell. Wir hatten Jahre lang Tea....er im Einsatz, die Preise schießen jedes Jahr um Welten in die Höhe, die Verbindung war teils unterirdisch und oft nicht erreichbar. Daher gewechselt, vor Jahren und bisher nie bereut. Auch der SOS, also dann sporadisch auf eine andere gerät verbinden, ist der Hammer und wird ständig weiter entwickelt. Jederzeit wieder und Preis/Leistung sind mehr als top und vor allem konstant.

I am very happy with the support. As most of my problems had to do with errors on Apples part I have always received prompt replies when submitting support requests. I just love the product even though I only use it now days for personally to get access to my computers no matter where I am. Keep up the great work!

IT WORKS
We have a lot of great funcionalities, the support team is great, they solved many issues I had. We use splashtop since the covid pandemic, and never more stoped using it.

Splashtop is so responsive and works well even in situations with unreliable internet connections. The apps are intuitive and easy to understand/use that secondary users need no training to start using. Very highly recommended to people that support various users and platform.

Splashtop is terrific!! I can work from home on my actual desktop at work...and vice versa... not to mention that I can go anywhere with my laptop and work on my office computer and my home computer... so payroll can always be on time!!

Developers fabricate concern.
Don't expect any changes even if support or the developers tell you it's coming. They are not genuine. Repeated requests for changes are met with false statements about upcoming timelines that are not honored.
If you're considering a remote support tool, look elsewhere.

I moved to Splashtop from LogMeIn
I moved to Splashtop from LogMeIn, 'years ago', after LogMeIn decided to hike up their prices to ridiculous levels. Only Splashtop offered similar features and have looked after me ever since, for a very fair price.
The product just keeps getting better and I use it to support customers, family and friends.
I would recommend it to anyone.

You did a perfect painting of my parking lot white dividers between tenants cars. It keeps them inline.
Your work was neat and clean and you also handled the closing and opening of my parking lot.

The great con of the auto-renewal!
I am appalled by the ethics of this company; they place an autorenewal for each subscription on each user account, bot the company subscription. Then they hide the auto-renewal in the login account. This makes it near impossible to cancel before each renewal. Payment is taken before they email you, and then when you try and cancel, they say 'too late'. They don't respond to complaints, and when you follow up with a dispute, they won't cancel or refund. A total con, avoid!

Right to Cancel
I was tempted to give one star but let's see whether Splashtop can sort this out first. If I don't get help from them I will send another review.
Two days ago I signed up and paid for a subscription but I now find that, because of a technical issue with my computer I am unable to apply the Splashtop system. I want to cancel and get a refund but I have found no way of doing this. In fact your terms state "no refunds, all sales are final". Are Splashtop able to get away with this or do I have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013?
I'll be interested to see what they say.
