Total scammers, no communication, do not use.
The size I ordered for a t.shirt was smaller than I thought, I managed once to get in contacted with the company by phone, and asked if I sent it back for an exchanged. I sent it back Royal Mail tracked and they recieved it Monday the 28th of September, I have tried to contact them, via their website, FB messenger, email and no reply, I have also tried by phone again, and all I get is a ringing tone, so it looks like I am down the price of a tshirt, and also the price of returning the item. Also the tshirt, was not an official one, it was definitely a lot thinner, I know as I was buying it to replace my old official t.shirt. Stay clear of this company, I wish there was a no star, as to one star I could award them.

Never received my order, nor a reply to my emails
After Spiral Designs had informed me that my order would be delayed, I never heard from them again. They never answered my emails and I did not receive my order. The amount I paid was refunded by PayPal.

Item returned over three weeks ago NO refund received
I am having a terrible experience with this company. I purchased a T Shirt that was a different colour than shown in the picture so I wanted to return it for a refund. I had not even opened the inner packaging. I initiated a return on their website on 6th September and received a postage label to send via DPD. I posted the T Shirt that same day and received notification from DPD that the item was received by Spiral on 9th September. I had no communication from Spiral regarding refund. To date I have emailed them three times and received no response. Now over three weeks later still no refund. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank in order to get my money. I will never ever shop with this awful company again.

Wolf with Roses
Prompt delivery, design was exactly as on the website. I am a size 16 and ordered a size XL as I like a loose fit. When I unpacked the t shirt it had a bit of a chemical smell. So aired it for 24 hours and now it’s fine so don’t be put off.
