TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM!! Absolutely appalling communication, literally none when my parcel for a present was 2 weeks late. No response when asking for a refund. Quality of tops is not worth the the £20 I paid, just horrendous. Furious with the lack of service and so unprofessional. I have sent around 5 emails, nothing. Do better 👎👎

Wrong description, Ai customer service messages, not answering the questions I asked. Will never use them again, awful company

The 3 t-shirts I ordered were just as described, good quality and perfect size. I did have a problem with delivery which they promptly sorted out for me (even though it wasn’t their fault but the delivery service).

Poor communication. Returned 2 items as they didn't fit. I emailed the company before returning asking for the items in a smaller size instead of getting a refund. I didn't receive a reply or acknowledgement of that email.
I returned the items, and DPD confirmed the items were received by the company 6 days ago, but I have received no communication, acknowledgement, or refund.

The whole experience was great from ordering to delivery and my tsirt is great quality and does come big to size which I don't mind

Shopped at Spiral a few times, always excellent service, and high quality printed T-shirts and great choice .

Still waiting for a shirt, or preferably a refund now, since I ordered it at the beginning of August.

I was sent the wrong size with my last order. I selected a size 4xl ,but received a small. Very disappointing to say the least. I suffered the same fate with my first order. But didn't double check that one before checking the post order confirmation. So I kind of felt that was my bad. But this time, I did check my size selection as I put my order in. I didn't check my order confirmation email from you, as I've had several other orders from you with no problem. Besides, it's not like you actually respond to customer emails even if I had seen yours telling me that I'd just ordered a size small, even though I'm absolutely positive that I hadn't. I would attempt to return said order to you in the hope of receiving the correct size back. But as you won't respond to emails or phone calls, I fear my return would just be lost in transit somewhere. I am truly gutted about this,as I am still a massive fan of your selection, and would love to continue as a loyal customer, but with the cost of living these days I'm not really able to afford paying twice over to get one wearable product. I hope to hear back from you, but I won't be holding my breath.

Ordered it , and it came within a few days! That’s all you can ask for ain’t it? Good communication from these lot emails etc thank you spiral. And I would recommend and I will probably no doubt use again in the future
